Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn

Everything is worst ever. Some guy walked at 9AM to our room as it was his like nothing. I wonder if every key card work for every room or what. Total mess. Front desk said only sorry, it was system error that was saying our room is vacant. Don't go there or someone can walk into your room, imagine if we were outside someone would stole our things

Nice location near by Nashville airport and close to Lane Motor Museum if you plan to visit it.

Didn’t get my room I paid for the night. Had to rebook with another hotel nearby.

The Best Western Plus Sunrise Inn is a practical choice for value-focused travelers in the Nashville area. The hotel's greatest assets are its excellent, complimentary full breakfast and the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, who frequently receive high praise. The location is convenient, offering quick access to the airport (BNA) and easy ride-share routes to downtown attractions. However, be aware that cleanliness and room maintenance can be inconsistent. While many guests report comfortable, clean stays, some reviews mention minor issues like wear and tear or occasional musty odors. Overall, it’s a good option if you prioritize great service and breakfast over a guaranteed pristine room condition.

Room relatively clean and continental breakfast was nice however issue with broken sink, not enough towels provided and very flat pillows caused some neck pain. Area was a little rough so would also just ask to ensure there is someone at the door to let guests in without having to wait if having a late check in due to delayed travels.

The set up for breakfast is a train wreck. Breakfast is daily from 6-9. By 8:56 the juice station was shut down and by 9am sharp the serving utensils for any hot food is picked up even if there are still eggs or sausages remaining. Only white bread and white bagels…cereal stale.
