Although clean enough, the room had uneven floors, very basic furnishings and a bathroom that has never been updated with a shower that barely functioned ( the shower head was not adjustable at all) The price was reasonable, however this was not value for money at all, disappointing to say the least. And not having staff on site should be indicated upfront, as this might be something solo travellers might wish to consider when making a selection.

The room was disappointingly dirty upon arrival, with slippery floors posing a significant hazard. Adding to the frustration, there was no staff onsite to address these issues, and attempts to contact them went unanswered. Regrettably, my father suffered a fall in the bathroom due to the unsafe conditions, exacerbated by a broken towel rack. As a seasoned traveler who has frequented various motels across Australia, I can confidently say that this establishment ranks among the worst I have encountered.

Very old property. Clean enough. Saw no staff as check in was via code sent via SMS for entry. Pretty basic.

Nobody at hotel. Everything is through an app on your phone which of course required email and data plan which isnt a given. Also required two different logins on the app to open both rooms reserved. More data roaming costs.
The property isnt getting needed attention either. Ripped screens, missing hair dryer, dead batteries in the tv remote, dirty silverware in the room, no coffee mugs in one room and no tumblers in the other. Ok to sleep but not a good experience.

We were at the hotel for one night, quick stopover. Room was clean and comfortable. We never saw any staff but we received the room number and lockbox code with our key before we arrived. Price was right!

Narooma is beautiful with lots to see and do, though Accomadation was pretty average, pool was being cleaned in the day we left and no one working at the reception

Excellent budget place to stay! The wifi worked well, the room was airconditioned before we arrived. Free biscuits with the tea/coffee is always appreciated. Parking right outside the door
