We enjoyed our 8 day/7night stay. The language barrier was the most difficult part, but once the communication barrier was crossed, the staff was very helpful in every way. We spoke with Martina and Antonio most of the time. They go out of their way to help. There is breakfast available and free with some packages. I was not a fan of the breakfast. The bacon was not crisp. More like English bacon. There was a nice bar. The hotel is old and “majestic” with its marble floors and walls. The rooms are big with a seating area. The bathroom was big enough, although the shower was small and old. Rust was evident and the door didn’t work so well, but the water was hot and the stream was strong. The most important part of any shower. Everything was clean. We had a beautiful view from the 9th floor. The elevators are small, but not as small as some European elevators that we have been in. Everything is elegant. Don’t expect many amenities, but there were nice toiletries and a very large fitness center (more like a ballroom). You can get water there, to refill your water bottle. There is not coffee or tea in your room, but there is a small fridge at your disposable. There is also a hair dryer. It wasn’t mentioned on the web, so I brought one. Be careful when using your own hair tools, you’ll need a power converter, not just an adapter. The hotel is central to everything! Close to a metro line and the funicular. It’s between two ferry ports, both walkable. Short walk to the Chaia. Lots of shopping. Reminded me of the Champs Ellysee or Rodeo drive. We are walkers and most everything is within a mile. NOTE: if you have allergies, there is perfume everywhere. The hotel reeks of perfume. I developed an allergy reaction and was sick a few days. I told them not to spray my room and I did not linger in the common area. We loved the convenience and safe area. Everything we wanted to see was easily accessible. Tours are plentiful.

The hotel is super centrally located in the old city centre an is 2 stops by subway away from the central train station. The airport bus stops about 8min walk away. Though the building does not look modern or presentable from the outside, the hotel which situated on the 4th floor is completely renovated and has a modern interior. The electric appliances (aircon, rainbow light in shower, kettle, hairdryer) were all working perfectly. The room's design was modernand stylish. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful as well as multilingual. I really enjoyed staying here!

Fantastisches Hotel!! Wir kamen letzte Nacht um 22:00 Uhr und prüften heute Morgen, als wir nach Ischia fahren. Wenn alle negativen Bewerter ihre Forschung vor der Buchung dieses Hotels gemacht haben, dann würden sie wissen, dass es ein Hotel-Stop-out statt ein langes Aufenthaltshotel ist. Der Taxifahrt vom Flughafen dauerte alle 10 Minuten und kostete €20. Ja, der Fahrt auf ist extrem „dodge“ und nicht irgendwo, wo Sie nachts allein gehen würden. Aber einmal in ihm ist es wie ein ganz anderer Ort. Sehr sauber, sicher, modern mit freundlichem Personal. Unser Zimmer war im 14. Stock und Premium, es war unschädlich, plus die Dusche/Badezimmer war groß mit einem Wander-in-Weißraum. Dusche Druck war glücklich nach dem ganzen Tag reisen. Das Frühstück war fabulös, verschiedene Backwaren, kaltes Fleisch und Käse, Obst und Joghurt. Ein typisches italienisches Frühstück besteht aus Backwaren und Kaffee, so denke ich, dass ihr Versuch auf Bacon Eier und Bohnen etc., um zu freuen, dass die Clientele war 10/10!

Sehr schönes Hotel entlang des Wassers. Balkone stehen vor der Wasserfront mit einem Paar Stühle und einem Tisch auf jedem Balkon. Große, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. riesige Frühstücksbuffet mit Wartepersonal zur Verfügung, um spezielle Kaffeegetränke gemacht zu bestellen. Großes Hotel, das oft Konferenzen hat, sodass das Rezeptionsbereich sehr besetzt sein kann. Rezeption Mitarbeiter nicht sehr freundlich, aber Frühstückspersonal waren sehr hilfreich. Einfache Spaziergang zu Restaurants.

Had the best time here and made friends that I still talk to two years later (I actually went here in August of 2022). If you are looking for a fun social hostel to make lifelong friends this is the place. The kitchen also has free pasta and some basic produce, spices, and oils that are free to all guests. I saved a good chuck of cash living off of the pasta there. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Shout out to Mia! I don't think she works here anymore but she was the best.

In diesem Hotel passt alles. Ein Grandhotel in Italien, wie man es sich vorstellt. Wunderbare Aussicht, schönes Gebäude -solche Marmorböden findet man sonst nur im Vatikan-, qualitätvolle Stilmöbel des Empire, hervorragendes Essen und -der Höhepunkt!- ein überaus freundliches, herzliches Personal, das sich bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Man merkt, wenn jemand seine Arbeit mit Liebe und Hingabe macht! Ein Traum auch die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Restaurants, sowohl was Essen betrifft, als auch Aussicht und hochwertiges modernes Design. In der Innenstadt hätte unser Zimmer einen besseren Schallschutz vertragen. Da derzeit aber ohnehin -nicht störende- Renovierungsarbeiten im Gang sind, wird das sicher auch noch verbessert. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhiger, haben aber nicht den traumhaften Blick über die Bucht.

Wir waren mit einer musikalischen Gruppenreise in Neapel - alles war perfekt organisiert , darunter auch dieses Hotel! Unser Zimmer im 6.Stock hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht - selbst bei Regen herrlich! Bestes Frühstück - guter Service beim light lunch auf der Terrasse - sehr kulant die Abrechnung der Mini-Bar, danke! Mini-Wermutstropfen: kein Service bei An-und Abreise...Köfferle muss man selbst tragen...naja: er hatte ja Rollen...Wir kommen wieder...

Wenn ich mich um Nacht oder morgens am Flughafen oder am Morgen begeben würde, fühlte ich mich als ein ziemlich gutes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keinen Kühlschrank, aber das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch. Wenn Sie die Zeit angeben, werden Sie einen Wagen arrangieren. Es ist kein Taxi, der normale Wagen ist hier, wahrscheinlich ein weißer Taxi, und es arbeitet mit dem Hotel zusammen. Die Gebühr ist 25 Euro fest. Die Fahrzeit um 4:30 Uhr am Morgen ist etwas teuer, aber ich bin wiederum noch mehr gebärmt (gebärmt) ohne Sorgen (lachen). Darüber hinaus, weil es früh ist, habe ich nicht Frühstück gegessen, aber der Mitarbeiter hat mir Kaffee und Gemüse geliefert. In der Regel als Touristenhotel ist die Lage gering. Auf 2 Minuten zu Fuß von Bahnhof 1, aber es gibt kaum einen Geschäft rund um ihn. Auf 15 Minuten von der Garivardi-Station.
