Das Hotel war sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Palazzo Reale und dem Castel Nuovo und nur ein paar Blocks vom Hafen entfernt. Der Kundenservice war sehr positiv, vom Moment des Eincheckens bis zum Verlassen des Hotels. Sie waren äußerst hilfsbereit, professionell und freundlich zu uns. Der Aufzug ist ein Erlebnis, aber nur wenige Stockwerke entfernt lohnt es sich, ihn auszuprobieren, und die Rezeptionistin gibt Ihnen die Münzen, um ihn zu benutzen. Ich werde dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, unsere haben sogar einen Balkon und die Einrichtung ist einzigartig und wunderschön. Das Frühstück bietet eine riesige Auswahl an Gebäck, Kaffee usw.

酒店地理位置優越。去哪都方便。在長廊裏。四樓，前台接待熱情，入住快。房間裏有非常優美的裝飾畫。衞生很好。但是空調還是什麼噪音很響。早上七點就被杯子碟子碰撞和説話聲吵醒。原來我們房隔壁就是早餐廳。

空有其表的酒店，出了房間大，其他都太一般，星級標準完全不達標

Das Hotel ist wirklich fantastisch. Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer gebucht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Eine perfekte Unterkunft für Neapel, super gelegen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Hotel ist sehr besonders. Und absolut sauber. Wer sich über Obdachlose aufregt, die in der Galleria schlafen soll bedenken, dass es leider in jeder Großstadt mittlerweile Gang und gebe ist. Wir hatten Mitleid und haben uns besonders privilegiert gefühlt, in einem so schönen Hotel übernachten zu können. Und hat nichts gestört.

Unique hotel occupying top two floors of one wing of umberto gallery. Entrance from the shopping mall via a grill door and old fashioned lift ( 10 cents a time) up to reception. Everywhere decorated with "modern art". Large bedroom with balcony and views of naples, adequate bathroom etc. Small breakfast room but possibly cheaper and better alternatives in the gallery. My only concern was apparent lack of fire or emergency exits. None of the usual information available in the room.

Everything was great! Even got a room with a balcony which was not originally included. Also had a late checkout easily. Very hospitable place and nice rooms! Also the location was magnificent. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

The staff were nice and gave us coins for the lift but the room had a broken toilet seat, we reported it the next morning as arrived late the day before and still broken when we checked out. You can hear the bar/disco / karaoke/ I don’t know what that’s on the Lower ground from the room on the 3rd floor and the aircon really didn’t work. The art is interesting but there isn’t a bar area that’s open to chill out in meaning you always had to be out of the hotel. Our room had fake window and doors so no natural light. I did appreciate the clean bathroom though. Not sure how it compared price wise to other hotels but overall not bad for the money, but not stellar either

If you are staying in Naples, this is where you want to stay if you like boutique and bespoke. Very artsy, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The location is excellent also . A lovely Breakfast can be provided overlooking the Galleria.

We had a large family group of over 20, and they were great at check-in, had our rooms ready, and were very helpful. There was a lot going on while we were there, but we had a great time, and it was in the heart of everything. We walked to great restaurants, and had a great time. The homeless were outside or in the galleria, but we didn't feel threatened. Nice shops in the galleria, close to the water, easy to find local food as well as touristy areas. Perfect for our family trip.

This hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was nice and I loved the view of the galleria. The air conditioner was cool enough. The staff were very kind and gave us coins for the lift. At night I was a little leary. Homeless people took shelter in the galleria with dogs, cardboard boxes etc. Streets are dirty. Typical congested, busy area. Surroundings restaurants and coffee shops were typical and good.

Hotel was nice but the after service has been awful. I was in Napoli for the half marathon at the end of February and unfortunately left my race day running shirt in the room when we left. The hotel said they had found the items and charged me €45 for the pleasure of returning this, however they actually sent someone else's dirty laundry, including some dirty underwear. Despite these items clearly not belonging to me, the hotel have been very unhelpful in trying to rectify their error and just keep saying this is what I requested. I wouldn't say stay clear of the hotel, but I would say don't use their useless service for returning lost/left behind items.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is extremely well located, clean, very helpful staff and a pleasant place to return to after a day of exploring. The rooms are very quiet, allowing for a bit of quiet time. Wifi is a bit patchy but I would not hesitate to stay there again.
