This is the worse AirBnB that I have stayed, I have booked the 2 single bed room but they gave me a 1 queen bed. I hv reported to the host & they gave me an added bed claiming that the staff has entered wrongly into the systems, The queen bed mattress is very thin & soft till I have back ache. The photo shows in the app looks much more nicer than what you expected in the room. I have booked the wrong date & re-book an extra night with the host but they charge me RM145 which is much higher than Trip.com. Will not recommend this place for home stay.

Nice place and strategy location to stay if you come over this area for business, meeting, event...is so convenient. The unit I stayed was nice, with 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed good for max 4 persons to overnight. Booking and check in was easy. RM100 deposit (refundable) for confirmation of stay. One must remember, the password for key locker changes every day, hense, must obtain it from management/owner before you check out in enable you to place the room key back to the key box. Room was clean, home appliances like iron, dryer, kettle, plates, cups, bowls,...were prepared for. Wifi is value added. Price is reasonable in fact it is good deal if you book through agoda and so on... So convenient the long and huge Setia City Mall just opposite, just cross the road 50 metres walking distance to be there. There are lots of outlets and foods for you to shopping and enjoy. Wrap up, recommended!

Suitable for couple stay with the cosy and romantic ambience. Not recommended if you're bringing elder people due to the potential hazard (i.e. steep stairs)

Low density, more privacy for whoever Family travelers or Solo traveler. If you are driving, just a bit complicated at the parking area, but not a big deal. Opposite is a shopping mall with walking distance, you can explore foods and shop relaxing at there.

It was an unpleasant experience reservation under trefoil room! My Booking was confirmed earlier. However, was told my reservation has been transferred to a third party agent and no contact number was given to further communicate with me. Therefore, I was so terrified how to check in properly. It took me almost 45 minutes to get my room keys. Was too hungry to argue - late evening check in. The whole process was extremely complicated with a demand of rm100 as deposit. If was pre inform earlier, can do the bank transfer to ease the situation. No proper instructions were given. Very disappointed with this check in room encounter.

Very messy check-in procedures, no check-in staff or counter onsite. Unfriendly staff when we called them. My friends are seniors citizens from Singapore and were were no staff onsite to assist them. Lastly we wanted to cancel the booking but not allowed.

This is the worst experience ive stayed at airbnb. The aircond is not working, not functioning at all. I do understand the host cannot send over technician due to already reach midnight and i do appreciate the effort to send over a standing fan for us to cope with the hot weather but it rage me once again the standing fan that they send over is also not working, cant even turn on. Why is it so hard to at least try to check on the standing fan if it can functioning or not. I have to slept on the floor for the whole night due to this inconvenience. Should have check the facility and do regular service for the aircond. I was very dissapointed

Bathroom not so clean a lot of mould on the walls and the water very slow go to the drain Pls take care of that and 1more thing, fan a bit dusty

This is probably the WORSE place u can book. If u want to sleep with beg bugs.. be my guest. Wasted my time travelling for 6 hours with facing traffic jam and all and to see the room like just after a war. Let the pictures do the talking lah. I wanted my booking fee refunded but they only refund my deposit. A unit that is so run down asking for deposit is a major red flag! The toilet looked like it was left like that for years! All the metal parts are rusting and walls broken!

The room door is broken and the room is so smelly. I call to complaint and the person in charge told me the smell is from the piping there then i ask why still give me the room that got smell he told me for him he can accept it. What is that bull ****😨 We dont even stay there go in and immediately call them and said wanna cancel it but still not refundable. So bad service.

DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM. Entire experience was terrible - bed was filled with bed bugs, could not sleep for the entire night, which beats the purpose of having a hotel room in the first place? The bug bites were nasty, made my skin itchy and red which lasted for days. Agent called me and said they couldn't find any evidence of the bugs to submit for refund. I told them they should do proper deep cleaning and they can have that as an evidence but they said some owners don't allow them to do it. How is that even possible? The most important part of the room is the bed and they don't even bother to take care of it properly. The agent even told me that there had been past complaints about the same issues and there was even a customer who was hospitalised due to the bed bugs. Yet they still continue to allow customers to stay? Eventually Trip only managed to get a 50% refund and offered me 524 trip coins (???). Trip, please do something about this. This is not acceptable.
