The service was vey good and staffs were very helpful. The room is clean. Location is near to restaurant and some shops like supermarket. The only downside is there are pub nearby and noisy at night.

I travel to labuan for Labuan Sea Games and booked this hotel 1 weeks ealier for 4nights..All hotel fulls for that event only this i can book because the location mention near to kompleks sukan laut Labuan,i booked 2single bed there is no mention maximum pax..I check in on 30th April the receptionist seen there is 6 of us (4 ladies n 2 kids) but the other 2 kids is temporarialy stay until awaits for their school team arrived..on the night stays i pays for xtra bed at the morning at the counter..we only stays for night,at the morning until 6pm we at kompleks sukan..At the evening the manager told us via receptionist to upgrade bed and need to pay xtra..Why this issue isn’t mention earlier while we check in l,if their management told so I can cancel check in and get refund on that day,receptionist already seen us but there is no issue..So I check out since 1 Mei 2026 because of their management ,the hotel management promise to refund me but until now i did’nt receive the refund.This is the bad experience i have while stays in no star hotel..The hotel that more than 3star hotel never mention like this at least we are comfortable.

Location is very good. Near pasar malam (food) & easy to find halal food

It is indeed a very old hotel, the lobby is very tall, but the rooms are really hard to describe! I booked a twin room on the first floor. The decoration of the whole room was too old, and all the facilities were old and broken. It felt like it was twenty years ago. The bathroom smelled like sewers. The partition next to the bathtub was still a wooden shutter door, which was transparent. Light and smelly! The mattress is low and soft, and the room itself is very high, making the person sleeping on the bed look extremely small
