Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

The room is clean, but the pillow smells 🚬 , thanks there were more 3 pillows without smells.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

酒店比較乾淨整潔早餐種類挺多，前台服務也很熱情！特別提出對TiNa、小娟還有Fair的熱情服務提出讚賞🌹，服務很有親和力。保持微笑讓人感覺到很舒心。下次入住還會選擇這家酒店！

酒店有早餐，品種豐富，對於過年期間附近沒什麼店吃早餐。這點尤其好！樓層中有個小小的健身房，跑步機，器械都有。麻雀雖小五臟俱全。連續住了幾天，走的時候前台客服人員特別暖心額外給了兩瓶温熱的礦泉水。這家酒店相對附近的酒店值得推薦。

入住這家酒店的前台服務非常非常好👍，早餐的服務也很好👍，早餐的餐食很豐富且質量也不錯👍。床品卧具都不錯，睡覺很舒適👍，遺憾之處就是毛巾和擦手巾沒洗乾淨，洗澡的沐浴露瓶子裏沒有沐浴液，是空瓶，酒店也沒有給配備肥皂，衹能用清水沖沖身體😳。屋裡的地毯也顯得較臟。再有就是早上六點我就被樓道里和樓上的噪音吵醒了，是打掃房間和大聲喧嘩的聲音，睡覺輕怕吵的朋友不適合這裏。

乾淨整潔，早餐N齊全，增加了會員歡迎食品，還有臟衣袋，無論前廳、餐廳、客房服務都很到位，邊上交通方便有夜市，停車也方便，衹有河南值得一看
