Hotel was excellent , worker's excellent. I stayed 1 extra day, perfect location

Service was very good. Yuki and Fair at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Great service from all the staff I encountered. Clean rooms and reasonably priced.

The room is clean, but the pillow smells 🚬 , thanks there were more 3 pillows without smells.

This was a great hotel to stay in in Zhengzhou. The staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The room was clean and had everything that we needed, although if it had an iron we would have appreciated it. The extra touches such as complimentary water and WiFi made it very convenient. We had their buffet breakfast on the last day of our stay and that was also pretty good. Lots of variety and not too crowded. The food was fresh and tasty. We will definitely stay there again

在南三環這裏酒店環境整體可以，大堂和電梯廳是圓形的。值得表揚前台小姐姐小郭很熱情，退房時送了幾瓶温水還給小孩子拿了零食。針對這種舒適性酒店來説服務不亞於亞朵和華住會。床也舒服，熱水足。 不過我覺得花灑該換新了，浴室的一些邊邊角角也有一些黃色的水垢，該清理到位。 早餐的麪我覺得好好吃，吃了兩碗

設施：早餐品種多，口味也不錯，適合出差早起需要用餐的，因為附近沒什麼吃的 環境：挨着停車場的房間特別悶熱，房間有點黴味，敏感鼻住進去一直打噴嚏，出了酒店就沒事了，住着酒店吹風扇也是一種新體驗！

出差緊急定了個酒店，沒想到意外的好，乾淨整潔服務貼心，前台小曼和小木看我們要開發票，主動提出請夜班同事幫我們開具電子發票，併發送郵箱，節省時間又方便！下次出差還會來入住的～

體驗感非常不錯 先説一下前台的服務人員 特別是小穆同學 辦理速度很快 她熱情的態度讓我有一種賓至如歸的感覺 然後再説下酒店的設施很完善 有洗衣房和健身房 還有閲讀書籍的地方 以及豐富的早餐 還是自助的 可供多樣選擇 而且地理位置優越 臨近商超 周圍有加油站 銀行 和飯店非常的方便 總之這次住宿是我下次來鄭州的不二之選 推薦指數五顆星

鄭州我又來了，凱賓和假日聯名款酒店，樓層不高，但客房還不少，四星標準，有自助洗衣房，大廳還算不錯，樓上電梯廳都是圓的，客房空調還沒有熱，晚上蠻冷的，有個冰箱有飲料可以喝，價格也很實惠，自助餐廳比較大，品種也多，可以多種選擇。
