Love the hotel so much is very convinient and comfortable bed

Need to refurbish please...rundown and please get new towels, these have some black dots Poor insulation..can almost hear everything so not able to have a good rest Lights from corridor seeped from bottom of door to room Would not stay here again

Soundproofing really bad. Can hear the phone ringing from the lobby (our room is situated in G floor). Keep ringing the whole night. Tv not working. One of the room lamp is not functioning. Toilet too small. Got smoking smell in the room and the towel.

Good value for price paid . Located within walking distance to food Court, fast food joints and retail stores including a supermarket

Good enough for short stay. Nearest to food stall like mamak

Suitable for backpackers..or solo traveller that looking for a place to rest

I booked this hotel for my staff from China and he likes the friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel as it is easy for him to find foods.

Super clean rooms, friendly staff and affordable price

No lift. If you got ground floor room is okay. But usually they would want to fill up the top floor and going down not fill from ground to top. The top floor is third. Ground first second and third floor. I pain one hand with toddler and one with bag. I thought got lift but was mistaken. So never assume k.

Family room at 2nd floor and no l8ft. Towel not clean got brown stain

I feel the price a bit higher. RM260 for 5pax, deluxe family (2 King size room), no more extra bed for additional person. No body shampoo provided. The bed is big enough for 2~3 pax. Acceptable condition. Convenient for vegetarian as next door is vegetarian restaurant (open early morning to 3pm).
