Comfort Zone Naples

This place is not the easiest to find. But once you get here, I give it a 5. Staff very friendly and helpful. Traveling with my sister both of us in our 70’s helped us with transportation to train station and gave us helpful hints. Rooms very clean and bed very nice.

My husband and I booked a room with a sauna and spa tub at Comfort Zone planning on it being the grand finale to our Italy vacation. This place turned out to be not just the worst place that we stayed at in Italy, but the worst hotel experience of our lives. We settled down in our room and upon getting into the tub, I was immediately electrocuted when I turned on the jets. To make matters worse, the jets began spewing out massive amounts of brown scum all over my husband and I. We immediately got out, turned everything off, began draining the tub and got in the shower (which had black mold in it). As it drained, the jets turned back on, which sprayed water all over our room due to the lower water level of the tub. We frantically tried to turn them off, however, we were badly electrocuted each time we tried to press the button while being doused in scum water. Finally, the jets turned off on their own. At this point, the room and our luggage was completely water logged. My husband had to actually dump water out of his suitcase. We contacted the host, who refused to drive across town to help us due to it being late at night and a long drive. Frustrated, we got in bed to try to at least get a few hours of sleep. We were awoken to the horrible noise of the jets coming back on later in the night, which we again were electrocuted and unable to shut off. The host refused to help refund us the following morning and has been uncooperative with ********** requesting a refund for us.

This is a really nice small hotel in a very good location. At walking distance from most of Napoli's main attractions. Our room had a Jacuzzi and Sauna which we enjoyed very much. Annalisa was attentive, polite and courteous.

This hotel is on the fourth floor of a building on a side street in the centre of naples....but once you get in it's like being in a luxury 5 star hotel. The staff, Carla and another lady who's name I didnt get were more than helpful and very professional. The room was amazing. The bed was really comfortable, with a sauna and jacuzzi and a flat screen smart tv on the wall with netflix, now tv, amazon prime the lot. Breakfast is served right across the road. Cant say enough good things about the hotel and will definitely be back

Struttura molto bella in palazzo d'epoca, centralissima a due passi dal centro storico di Napoli, confort servizi e pulizia sono al top, ma la vera " anema e core" di questo bellissimo hotel è Annalisa una persona squisita fonte inesauribile di informazioni, consigli e curiosità e si percepisce subito quanto sia innamorata del suo lavoro e della sua meravigliosa citta'. La vera " sesta stella" della mia esperienza a Napoli. Dovessi ritornare sarebbe solo in questo luogo.

Struttura molto bella, piccola (6 stanze), arredata molto bene e molto pulita. Siamo stati accolti bene e con grande gentilezza. La signora Annalisa è stata molto cortese e disponibile anche nei consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. La struttura è in posizione comoda per visitare la città. La consiglio.

Logement très bien placé, parcontre la chambre a besoin d'un rafraîchissement.. Manque d'information pour le petit déjeuné.

Tutto top, consiglio vivamente x ki vuole passare una gg di totale relax in stanza ,zona centrale e facile d arrivare...ragazza molto carina, ritornerò .,da evidenziare Ke molte strutture poiché mia figlia ha6anni in quanto la stanza ha iacuzzi e sauna nn mi permettevano di prenotare

Sono stato con mia moglie e con tre amici la settimana di Pasqua. Che dire; struttura eccezionale, camera confortevole e pulitissima situata veramente a 10 minuti a piedi da via Toledo-Chiaia e spaccanapoli ed al bellissimo centro storico della città. Oltre alle note di merito che ho descritto ci ha colpito la gentilezza e disponibilità della sig.ra Annalisa sempre presente e disponibile ad ascoltare ed esaudire le richieste degli ospiti. Preparata nel consigliare dove poter recarsi anche solo per mangiare semplicemente un'ottima una pizza oppure il ristorante dove mangiare dell'ottimo pesce. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo e consiglieremo questo b&b a parenti e amici, sicuri di fare un'ottima figura.
