Vor kurzem für eine Hochzeit mit vielen anderen Gästen geblieben. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit großer Aussicht. Schönes, freundliches Personal und großartigem Service. Schönes Essen und gute Aussicht. Frühstück ist großzügig, aber dort in der Zeit ab! Der Zimmerservice war fantastisch nach einem verzögerten Flug, gutes Essen und großer Teile. Die Mitarbeiter waren wunderschön und so hilfreich, um die Transfers zu buchen und Fragen zu beantworten.

If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Do NOT stay at this place. It is a scam. We booked through lastminute.com looking forward to a short city break to naples/pompeii and it turned out to be the worst 3 nights of my life. Our check-in information mentioned we could get our room at 11am so, as we had an early morniny flight, got to the hotel just after 11 expecting our room to be ready. We were told to give them an hour. We returned just after 12 and were told it was still not ready and were guided upstairs after a further 45 minutes of waiting the room was finally ready and we were relieved! BUT this is where the hell started. We were taken outside of the hotel casablanca reception area to a separate “hotel” a 5 minute walk away called hotel siri. The area was a building site and the room looked like a bedsit. I kid you not, at this place I believe I could have contracted hepatitis. Understandably we complained informing the hotel this is not what we had booked and were taken back to the reception to speak to the “director”. When we got to the reception area we were met with 2 hostile people refusing to speak in English to us informing that they now could not speak English when they were conversing with us only a short while earlier. They then moved us into a room in the main Hotel Casablanca. However, we did not feel safe staying in this hotel and had to spend valuable time during our holiday finding a new accommodation that we could relax in. We are still awaiting information from lastminute.com and the so-called hotel on a a refund. Which after the shambolic service/attitude, dishonesty, lies and deceit we encountered during our first few moments in naples, we believe is entitled. I emplore you - DO NOT book this hotel. You will get scammed just like we did. Lastminute.com YOU must do something to stop this from happening. I expect to be hearing from you again to correct this. What was meant to be a relaxing, fun break turned out to be 3 nights in HELL.

Zusammengefasst kann man sagen dieses Hotel ist ein normales 4 Sterne Hotel was die Hygiene und Komfort angeht ABER das Personal ist so extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und zwar alle angefangen von dem Reinigungspersonal bis hin zur Reception wir haben uns dadurch sehr wohl gefühlt und wegen dem Personal habe ich auch 5 Sterne gegeben jeder Arbeiter in diesem Hotel war respektvoll und hilfsbereit danke an das ganze Team !! :)

Wir sind Fan der Ibis/Accor-Hotelkette. In allen Städten welche wir besucht haben sind die Hotels jeweils ziemlich zentral gelegen und vor allem SAUBER, wenn auch der Komfort fehlt. Aber alles was es für eine Übernachtung braucht ist da - Dusche, Fernseher, Bett mit sauberer Bettwäsche und gutem Frühstück.

Wir haben hier vier Tage am Jahresende verbracht, auf der Straße vor der Napoli-Zentrumstation, wo immer wir bequem sind. Wir leben in einem Ecke von einigen bewohnten Gebäuden, das sehr gut ist. Das Personal ist nicht ständig, also müssen Sie vorab sagen, dass die Ankunftszeit schwach ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. ”Essen” ”Essen” und der Zustand der Mutter 😙 Zimmer ist sauber, das Innere ist gut. Ich habe ein gutes Gedenken erhalten, als ich aus dem Zimmer stamme.

Die Bar, die am Abend Getränke haben, ist schmutzig, schmutzige Tischfäden, die keine Linen sind, hatte Marken, die verwendet wurden und verschwunden Getränke oder Nahrungsmittel. Die Stühle und der Tisch fühlen sich schmutzig und wir nahmen unsere Getränke in unserem Zimmer stattdessen. Das Frühstück hat keine kochene Nahrung, nur hart gekochte Eier, Brot ist hart, Menschen müssen in der Warteschlange warten, bis sie von einem Wächter serviert werden, Sie können nicht aus dem Tisch nehmen, Wächter muss sogar Kaffee servieren. Es ist schrecklich um das Hotel, die Polizei ist immer da, dünne Geschäfte um. Bleib in der Nähe oder in Hotels um das Schloss Ovo. Es ist zu schmutzig um die Station Gibraldi, wo dieses Hotel liegt.

Siamo stati accolti in questa struttura da signor Armando, una persona gentilissima e disponibile, nonostante all inizio avessimo avuto un piccolo incomprensione con la prenotazione, il problema è stato risolto in pochi minuti, per il resto non bastano solo 5 stelle per descrivere la cortesia e l organizzazione, ma soprattutto l igiene e la pulizia! We absolutely loved our stay here and didn’t want to come home. Like many other guests we were staying as a family group, visiting relatives in Marigliano so it was a great base. It would also make a fantastic stopping off point for anyone driving through Italy, away from the more touristy parts of Naples. Hotel, grounds and pools are absolutely stunning and so well maintained. I don’t think the staff ever stopped working to keep everything looking perfect. Staff were so warm and helpful and we felt well looked after. Breakfast was very generous and the bar reasonably priced with a good selection of brands. We particularly enjoyed the wine selection. Shuttle was €80 into Naples and a non hotel taxi €50 -€70 to the airport
