The hotel is very nice and clean, very good location for visitors. Only one problem is there is no hot water, but that is ok to stay for only a few days.

Terrible Hotel. This hotel is absolutely bad. There is no front desk at all. When you arrive, there’s nobody there, and there is never anyone on duty. When you need help, there is no response. I booked two nights at this hotel. On the first night, I had a small issue in Naples. I left my luggage in the room and went out for a trip, but my return ferry to Naples was unexpectedly canceled. I asked the hotel to let my roommate in, but they refused. Since there is no front desk and no one on duty, they said my roommate would have to pay extra for a separate room. They even said, “If you took the key, that’s not our fault,” and refused to offer any basic assistance. Their attitude was extremely rude! Although the cancellation of my ferry was an unexpected situation, it was extremely bad that they refused to help my roommate enter the room, especially when they gave us only one key for two guests. The next day, we finally checked into the hotel, but even more outrageous things happened! First, the hotel advertised breakfast, but in reality, they didn’t provide any breakfast at all! Secondly, the air conditioning in our room was broken! We contacted the hotel to request repairs, but received no response at all, because they don’t even have a front desk! This left us to spend the night in the cold. Third, the electrical outlets in the room were loose and posed a potential safety hazard! Fourth, not only did they advertise breakfast when there wasn’t any, but they also claimed to offer luggage storage, which wasn’t available either since they don’t even have a front desk. This hotel is terrible, with rude and unhelpful service, broken facilities in the room, and no front desk to assist you. The actual services and conditions are completely different from the description! I strongly advise everyone not to book here! Finding another hotel nearby would be much better than this one! I’ve noticed that the hotel likes to respond to negative reviews with attacks on the reviewer. I’m curious, how will you attack me this time? Everything I’ve said is the truth. You could say we didn’t stay the first night, but we definitely stayed the second night. And your terrible service and poor room conditions are things we experienced firsthand, and they are all facts. 非常差劲的酒店。 这个酒店根本就没有前台，你去酒店根本就没有人在，平时也不会有人值班。需要人帮助的时候根本就没有回应。 我在这家酒店订了两个晚上。我在那不勒斯的第一晚出了点小状况，当天我把行李放到房间就出去旅行了，然而我返程回到那不勒斯的船票被意外取消了。我叫酒店给我的室友开门，但被他们拒绝了，毕竟他们压根就没有前台也没有人值班，还说我室友只能额外从他们那里花钱订另外一间。他们甚至还说“你把钥匙拿走了那就不是我们的过错了”，完全不肯提供一点基本的帮助，态度傲慢之极！虽然说我船票被取消了没能成功赶回酒店是意外情况，但酒店在只给我们两个入住人配了一把钥匙的情况下，拒绝帮忙给另一个入住人开门，是非常恶劣的情况。 第二天我们成功入住了酒店，但是更离谱的事情发生了！首先，酒店预定的时候写了提供早餐，但是他们事实上根本就没有早餐！其次，我们的房间空调是坏的！我们联系酒店要求他们维修，却根本得不到他们的回复！毕竟他们连前台都没有！害得我们在寒冷中度过了一个晚上。第三，房间内的插座也很有问题，是松动的，随时都会有安全隐患！第四，不仅预定时写了有早餐实际上没早餐，预定时写了有行李寄存，实际上也没有行李寄存，毕竟连前台都没有。 非常差的酒店，服务态度恶劣无礼，房间内设施损坏，甚至没有前台为你提供帮助，酒店实际内容和描述严重不符！强烈建议大家不要预定！随便找周围别的酒店都比这家强太多了！ 我看到酒店很喜欢在差评的后面回复一些内容攻击差评者。我很好奇，你们还能怎么攻击我？我说的每一句话都是事实。你可以说我们没入住第一晚，但我们的确入住了第二晚。而你们的恶劣服务，和糟糕的房间内部服务，是我们全部经历过的，且全部是事实。

Very nice position, the accomodation is great and with good furniture.

Nicely decorated and newly built bed and breakfast just a stone's throw from Naples Railway station and Garibaldi metro stations. Clean, and good service with friendly staff. On the first floor of a building, easy to reach by stairs or with an elevator. Family-friendly place. Good AC, electric blinds, and smart TVs. Good value for money.

The location is quite convenient, as it is a 5-minute walk from the Centrale station. However, the exterior of the building appears quite old, and there is a charge for using the dated elevator. Despite the old-world exterior, the room has been newly renovated and is clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and welcoming to visitors.

Very closed to Metro , central station and airport bus station . Even though my room is facing to main street you won't feel very noisy at night .

터키에서 나폴리로 3박 4일동안 묵을 곳이 필요했는데 가격과 위치모두 적당해 선택했다 나폴리 중앙역과 가리발리역을 아우를수 있는곳이다. 나폴리라는 도시자체가 지상은 너무 더럽고 무서운 느낌이 있는데 이 숙소는 다행이 지하에서 올라오자마자 위치해 있어 좋았다. 역과 너무 먼 숙소는 나폴리에서는 지양해야 한다.. 도로가 캐리어 끌고 다니기 너무 힘들다.. 온통 딤배와 개똥이다.. 최대한 지하철역사와 가까운 곳으로 ... 방은 투룸으로 터키보다 더 저렴했다.. 방도 깨끗하고 화장실냄새도 없다.. 단지 물은 쫄쫄쫄 흐른다.. .. 조식은 빵과 커피정도만 준다..

超級無敵推薦！！！我愛那不勒斯！！這家酒店距離火車站很近 而且房間很乾凈！！服務態度特別好！！下次來那不勒斯還要住這裏！！真的強推！！樓下的鮮榨果汁和cafe店都很方便！！

入り口もわかりづらく、フロントも無人。 クリスマスだったからか、呼び鈴を何度押しても誰も出てこない。チェックインすることすらできませんでした。人がいないのであればそれなら予約できるようにしないで欲しいです。なんとか近くのB &Bホテルの部屋が空いていたのでなんとかなりましたが、野宿になるところでした。 絶対にお勧めできません。

Чистые новые апартаменты, настолько новые, что еще на полу строительная пыль оседает. Удобные кровати, жалюзи электро на окнах. Все оч чисто и приятно в ванной комнате. Из минусов: кофе на завтраке ужасный, не оч приветливый парень на рецепции, завтрак это круассан, джем и кофе/чай. В целом достопримечательности недалеко, удобно, что рядом автобус в аэропорт и все такси тут же. Также нет чайника или кофемашины в номере, хотя до этого и после этого в Риме и в том же Неаполе везде были.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, die location zentral, eigentlich eine gute Möglichkeit, um Neapel, Vesuv, Pompeji etc. zu besuchen. Für das Frühstück bekommt man Gutscheine, die man in einem nahegelegenen Cafe gegen je einen Kaffee und ein Croissant eintauschen kann. Ferner gibt es einen Automaten, an dem man sich morgens mal einen Kaffee ziehen kann und kalte Getränke erwerben - diese werden jedoch nur sporadisch nachgefüllt. War aber anyway alles soweit ok bis zur Abreise. Meine Buchungsbestätigung wies 11:00h als check out-Zeit aus, was offenbar nicht der Meinung des Hauses entsprach, denn am Abreisetag wurde ab 09:40h permanent in zunehmender Frequenz an die Tür geklopft, am Ende versuchte der anwesende Mensch sogar, die Tür mittels Code zu öffnen, was nur nicht gelang, weil wir abgeschlossen hatten! Erst als ich dann frisch aus der Dusche kommend nur mit einem Handtuch bekleidet im Gang stand und fragte was das solle hörten die damit auf und verwiesen immer noch darauf, dass wir jetzt zu gehen hätten, was logischerweise nicht machbar war - wir verliessen die Szene dann etwa 30 Minuten später - unglaublich….

The pro's are that it's in the center of town with all services and shops right there. It is very close to the train station. There was plenty of hot water and the room was large, clean and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor, no elevator, no internet and is not fancy at all. It is very reasonably priced. Overall, it's a good deal for the little money I spent.

Comfortable, impeccably clean room with balcony area overlooking Garibaldi Square. Easy walk from Garibaldi station, near ATMs, the metro, and restaurants. Friendly host who provided espresso, juice and warm cornetti each morning. Garibaldi Square can get quite noisy, but it was quiet with the windows closed. We stayed only two nights, but will definitely be back on our next trip.
