This was an amazzzzzing experience. Very exceptional. I booked this last minute when the original place I booked turned out to be a scam and I was stuck. I saw this place come up and I looked at the reviews to make sure it was good (I also knew the place as I grew up around that area and knew they were reliable and would not scam me). Anyway, I was glad to get this and they allowed me to book and only pay when I actually got on site. I checked in very late and they were very accommodating. This place is not just good…. It is amazingggg. It surpassed my expectations. The level of service and security is exceptional. Everyone in the staff is so friendly, provide exceptional service for the security, check-in/lobby staff, cleaners, laundry were just simply amazing. Jacinta, Kizito, Anne and so many others went far and beyond. Had such an amazing time. Anything I needed was provided quick and swift. They provide you with bottle water everyday and also clean the whole apartment (including bathrooms, kitchen, all dishes, floors etc) daily. They also provide you with bathroom amenities, clean towels and sheets daily. They also make your beds and rooms daily. You really feel like you are at home but also on vacation. Had a great city view as well. The staff all know you and make every effort to make your stay amazing. The security is also on point. No one can just come in. You have to register visitors for them to be allowed in and they will check their IDS and cars before being allowed into the property. The main pool was amazing but deep, so be prepared for that (this is not a heated pool though) This place is right next to Yaya Center, which is very convenient for everything you need for your stay as well as close to many restaurants and stores within walking distance. It’s very quick and easy to get Ubers there as well. They are doing some renovations to the gym and lobby (they have temporary setups of this at the moment), but from what saw, these will look very good when done. If you are thinking about staying here, please don’t hesitate. You will love it and want to stay longer or come back. I have already recommend this place to family and friends who I know will be traveling to Nairobi in the next coming months. To sum it up: this is an amazing place to stay and surpassed what I expected, very clean as well. Book this place… you will not regret it! It’s simple amazing. I will be staying here when I go back.

Mein Aufenthalt in Sheraton Nairobi Hurlingham war großartig. Entfernung zum Flughafen war ein großer Faktor bei der Wahl dieser Lage. Beide Restaurants in diesem Hotel waren erstaunlich. Ich empfehle persönlich das Chicken Swahili Gericht in Pablos. Ein besonderer Verweis auf ein Personal aus dem Hotel, Wilson. Er war sehr freundlich und professionell und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu einem erinnerebaren.

Sehr saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Auch wenn ich bei meiner Ankunft keine Unterkunft bekommen konnte, organisierte das Personal für den Transfer zu einem anderen Schwesterhotel zum gleichen Preis ohne zusätzliche Gebühren.

Die Lage ist bequem, namens Uber ist sehr bequem, Sie können den Ausgangspunkt für die Boma Hospitality College wählen, eine Hotelmanagement-Abteilung, die unter der Hotelgruppe arbeitet, und Sie können viele Studenten, die sich in Uniformen tragen, jeden Tag sehen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl und alles, was auf dem Angebot war genießbar. Das Personal war hilfreich und freundlich. Der Sicherheitsprozess und die Sicherheitstüren und den Zugang zu Karten nur ein wenig über dem Top scheinen, aber wir waren wirklich sicher. Wir genossen einen leckeren Weihnachtsabend auf der Obergeschoss des Hotels. Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung. Meine einzige Beschwerde ist, dass ich zwar die Klimaanlage auf und die Temperatur eingestellt hatte, um das Zimmer ein wenig zu kühlen, die Einheit lief während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts und nie das Zimmer kühlte oder die gewählte Temperatur erreichte. Auch das im Zimmertelefon funktionierte nicht. Ich bat eine Wartungsperson, zu kommen, um beide F-Fragen zu überprüfen und niemand kam je. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel und der moderne Stil des Zimmers war schön.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend und wird vom Personal gut betreut, das bezaubernd und aufmerksam ist. Wir danken dem gesamten Team und vor allem Florence, Patrick und Antony, die wie alle anderen Mitarbeiter großartig waren. Das Frühstück ist sehr großzügig, ich würde sagen, dass es nur Speck und Nutella braucht, um perfekt zu sein 🤩 Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert und der beheizte Pool ist willkommen. Die Bar auf dem Dach ist auch sehr schön und der Mojito ist sehr gut zubereitet. Danke schön. Der Preis des Restaurants sollte vielleicht gesenkt werden, da dies die Preisgrenzen in Europa sind. Ansonsten vielen Dank für den guten Service, Rafiki Zangu.

Ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen, war sehr zu Frieden, ist in der Besten Lage. Der Service ist hervorragend, der Wachschutz ist sehr Aufmerksam, total freundliche Begrüßung, und vor allem wurde ich von JEDEM gegrüßt

There are no luggage trolleys, which make it very difficult to take luggage up to your apartment. The concierges are very helpful and the security personal are polite and helpful too. Our apartment was very nice. Clean, bright and comfortable. The views arw amazing,ing from the balcony. We were very disappointed as our main reason for choosing Sky Nest was their facilities. Their pool has been out of commission for over a week, and we never recieved any solid information as to when it would be repaired. We could not make full use of the gym either. Their tread mills are not running smoothly, they are jerky and dangerous. The convenience shop on the ground floor is extremely useful. They sell everyday basics from water, soap, shampoo, condiments, wines and spirits and more. The restaurant, Slate, is okay. We did mot enjoy our dishes. The staff are very professional, courteous and friendly. The management truly needs to be on top of everything, to make sure that everything is in top working condition. It has been very disappointing in that respect.
