Liked the friendly staff from security guards, receptionists and house-keeping who always had a smile on their faces and ready to facilitate or render support. Would be nice to have air conditioners in the rooms.

Had a great stay while visiting family. Great service at the front desk and watch guards at the gate.

Nice surroundings, clean apartment, comfortable beds, friendly staff, reasonably priced, walkable to Yaya Centre. I appreciated the discretionary early check-in. I would stay again if I was to stay in the kilimani area. Only feedback is, please try to install washing machines in every apartment.

Clean, quiet, cozy, wonderful staff, great location, easy to get in and out of, felt completely at home. And again the entire staff is great!!!
