Leider gestaltete sich die Kommunikation mit dem Personal so schwierig, dass es nicht möglich war die gewünschten Speisen auszusuchen. Bei einem so gutem Hotel sollte es möglich sein, dass man Englisch minimal verstehen kann und einem die Speisen auf der Karte entsprechend empfehlen kann. Leider war das Ergebnis kalte Ente mit Knochen.

Got myself a single room. Hotel staff are so nice. I went for breakfast after the breakfast hours, they are close but they still allow me to take some snacks that’s available and served me coffee. They even sent it to room for me. The hotel is just 50m walkable to the bar street. And the morning view outside hotel are just so speechless

The hotel was great and the room was huge. Booked a room with balcony and it faces the hotel's pond full of lotus plant. Room was quiet and although it's at the end of Wuzheng, with the complimentary transfers, that is not an issue at all Hotel room was a bit old and outdated but it is comfortable and I've everything I need.

Even though not in the centre of action, it’s location is great with trams parked right in front of the hotel. Service is excellent

The hotel room is a beautiful island in the middle of the WuZhen tourism area, allowing you unprecedented access to the lake town after hours. Walking around the streets after 10pm, when all the visitors had left, was a unforgettable experience. The rooms are private bungalows completely surrounded by water, with large bathtubs, balconies and a panoramic canal-view. The room boasted an extravagant Chinese style which enhanced the style and feeling of the location. The service was VIP, a shuttle from the entrance of the tourism area to the hotel, food delivered to your room and free tickets to the tourist location. The balcony was dusty. Every time we stepped onto the balcony, we would bring a collection of dust into the room - inconvenient.

一行4人烏鎮三天兩夜行。家庭連通房正好，兩張大床，4人，送4人西柵景區門票，刷臉後無限次進出。酒店園林式建築，古風韻，清雅。位於白蓮塔旁邊，碼頭上船方便，還近酒吧一條街。洗手間兩個洗手枱很0K，淋浴房，坐廁，浴缸，還算夠大。美中不足就是淋浴房和坐廁之間的玻璃是透明的，不能同時二人使用，人多就衹能排隊了。早餐自助餐品種也0K。服務員們都服務熱情，有問必答。可以算上高檔酒店。多人值得推薦。

住得很開心的一晚，酒店環境很好。在主景區邊，出行都很方便，房品舒服，房間雖然不大，但是兩個人住也是夠了的，酒店早餐挺豐盛，咖啡很好喝！酒店的小姐姐小哥哥都很貼心又温柔！還非常有禮貌！入住和退房都幫我們拿行李！以後朋友來烏鎮都會推薦的！
