I continued this hotel for 1 more night, location is excellent! 15 min to one of the best mall of Santiago, a lot of restaurants and shops around

Staff very nice and willing to help since we cannot speak Spanish.

Lo buenas: el desayuno exquisito y muy variado. Ubicación muy buena. Lo malo: Nos alojamos en la habitación 109 en la cual el agua de la ducha salía hacia afuera, quedando empapado el piso del baño, y se escuchaba la gente por el pasillo, risas y cuando hablaban, al igual que del piso de arriba, tiene mal aislamiento.

La ubicación es muy buena. Pero las instalaciones y el servicio dejan mucho que desear. El colchón de la cama estaba en muy malas condiciones. El control del TV nunca funcionó, a pesar de acudir 3 veces a la recepción. Uno de los ascensores no estaba funcionando. La aislación de la habitación es pésima, se escucha todo de las habitaciones colindantes.

Great economy stay. Basic facilities. A little worn but good in relation to price for a short stay. Great location, close to sopping, restaurants and car rental.

The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Accommodated all my requests promptly. They are effective and efficient I have been at the Hotel at least three times I keep coming back because of the great service offered by the staff. Thank you to all them

One of the nicest IBIS properties that I’ve stayed at. Great value for this area of Santiago. Short walk to the metro and shopping plazas.
