Nice Rooms with Balconies but view is average Food is good People are very polite and willing to help you out Net connection needs improvement Small pool size but good for hill station Meeting room is good for 15 team members but not beyond that.

Visited here for a longish weekend with office team for business-cum-pleasure trip. The resort is a new and upcoming property, so there are some improvements required on the property maintenance front. However, all of very small issues were completely overshadowed the excellent hospitality of each and every staff member. Though, most the staff is not a professionally trained, but they are not less than the best. The overall incharge, Sh. Siddharth Sharma ji is one of the best hosts that you will find. He painstakingly takes care of the smallest of the request that you make. With an ever smiling face and folded hands, at all times, he will ensure that each and every guest is made to feel special. Nirmal, his 2IC, is no less. He will proactively ensure that he tracks you from even before you reach resort till you have reached your destination. About food, you wish for something special, and you will have it. The exec chef, Chef Shyam, is a seasoned professional who knows the local food well. If staying here, request for local delicacies to be made, and if possible, he will ensure he serves the best. Overall, we all left smiling and contended with a very well spent weekend. I recently stayed at Resort by The Baagh and had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, specially Siddharth Sharma is really helpfull and polite. The accommodations were comfortable and luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. The beautiful surroundings made for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. I can't wait to return!

Excellent hotel and Great services. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with ***y choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great. I would definitely recommend to friends. Thank you

Everything is great about our stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The hospitality is warm. Food is tasty n they prepared all items without onion n garlic as per our request. Enjoyed bon fire, , table tennis, badminton, , beautiful velly view. Would love to stay again. Prices are also pretty reasonable for our stay.

Excellent property, services and the best staff have ever met. The stay for the two nights was great specially as the staff makes you really comfortable and all are really courteous. The chef Shyam made out of menu items for us every day. The buffet spread was really good and tasty. The room are good, neat, clean and comfortable.... we'll definitely stay back here very soon.
