Hotels mit Pools in Nagoya

We were recommended to your hotel by my wife's nephew who was a guest at your hotel with his family.  The location is excellent especially for shopping at the Grand Batam mall.  We found your staff very polite and always helpful.  This applied to all the staff we interacted with from the door man to the staff at check in and check out to & the staff at breakfast.  There was one particular person at concierge (a rather tall, slim fair looking gentlemen) who was particularly helpful and always with a smile.  We were hoping to see him today to make sure we get his name but unfortunately he was not on duty today. We were hoping to use the gym and pool today but ran out of time.  The gym and the pool looked well maintained and clean.  We had a massage last night and they were excellent. We found boiling a kettle took a long time but I presume it is due to poor infrastructure on the island.  The island could certainly do with more invested in the infrastructure and roads/traffic to encourage more visitors.

Der Service ist gut, effizient und schnell. Ich bekam ein neues Zimmer, als ich meinen Aufenthalt verlängerte, und ein Zimmer in einem höheren Stockwerk. Aber ich schätze, das Housekeeping-Team hat es versäumt, die Toilettenartikel, Shampoo, Duschgel und Toilettenpapier aufzufüllen. Ich schätze jedoch, dass ich an diesem Tag Pech hatte, da es mehrere zeitweilige Stromausfälle gab!! Aber innerhalb von 30 Sekunden war der Strom wieder normal!! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Sehr bequemer Fußweg zum Einkaufszentrum, zu Massagezentren und zum berühmten A2 Foodcourt Center. Mit Grab zurück zum Fährterminal zu kommen ist einfach und schnell.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber mit vollen Toiletten. Die beiden riesigen Kristallschirme im Lobby war beeindruckend. chinesische Neujahrsdekorationen waren sehr apt und schön. Frühstücksausbreitung war erstklassig. Dies ist sicherlich ein Hotel in Batam, da es strategische Lage im Herzen der Stadt war.

Sehr erfreut, ein schönes Hotel in der Penuin-Zone gefunden zu haben, und auch neben dem Grand Batam Mall schmecken. Die Eincheckung war sehr schnell und schnell, und wir waren in den Zimmern innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten nach dem Einchecken. Wir hatten ein Zwillingzimmer mit südlichen Fenstern, das gut mit internationalen Schleifen ausgestattet war und gut aus den Raumbeleuchtungsmodi auf dem Kontrollpanel gedacht. Die Klimaanlage war gut und die Toilettenluft war auch ziemlich anständig. Ich habe den Fitnessraum benutzt, der gut für die Gewichtsausbildung sowie einige Kardiomaschinen ausgestattet war, und der Pool war ziemlich schön. Die Betten waren bequem und ich hatte einen großen Schlaf. Einige Bereiche für Verbesserungen im Bereich der Wohnungsbaufläche: 1. Es gab Ölfarben auf den Zimmerfenstern, die für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt wurden (wahrscheinlich von vorangegangenen Gästen, die sein Gesicht gegen das Fenster drückten) 2. Die Gewebebox auf dem Bad-Zähler braucht eine Neudenkung, da es ein Loch auf dem Boden gibt, werden die Gewebe geschwächt, wenn Wasser aus dem Tauch auf dem Zähler sprung 3. Wasserdruck für den Tauch muss angepasst werden, es ist zu stark und splasht überall auf den unverdächtigen Benutzer 4. Dusche Druck war gut, aber der Duschekopf war offen (wird die Funktionalität nicht beeinträchtigt) Insgesamt, sehr schön und ich würde hier nochmal bleiben und empfehlen es meinen Freunden, da es wahrscheinlich das schönste Hotel in der Gegend derzeit ist.
