⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

The hotel staff could not have been more lovely and helpful - a special thanks to Alice and all of the restaurant staff, they went out of their way to help me and always with a smile. The breakfast in the morning was always fantastic, fresh and healthy. If you’re a solo traveller wanting to unwind like I was - this is a fantastic place. It is minutes away from the beach and well equipped with a gorgeous pool that is never busy. The feel of the hotel is completely zen and really forces you to chill out. The beds are super comfortable too, and I really appreciated the spacious balcony with the gorgeous view to sunbathe and have a drink. Will definitely stay again!

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Das Frühstück ist ein Buffet, und ich hatte nur einmal. Es ist nicht schlecht. Es war berührend, dass das Kundendienstpersonal mir geholfen hat, den Zimmertyp zu verbessern.

ハネムーンで利用しました 日本語を話せるスタッフさんがたまたまいており、お世話になりました！！ 基本的には綺麗でよかったのですが、細かなところ（端っこなど）に清掃がきちんとされておらず、埃が溜まってるところがあり、少し気になりました あとは、最終日フライトの時刻が早く、朝食の時間に間に合わなかったので、ルームサービスで対応していただいたのですが、あまりにも酷い内容。朝食ビュッフェは申し分ないくらい素敵な内容でしたが、ルームサービスでは、温めもしていない薄い食パン3枚に小さなジャム、冷えた小さなコーヒーで、びっくりでした。。

In general happy with our stay at Amoh, and there’s plenty of things to be positive of moving forwards for the hotel. That being said there are a few things to improve on, and some of them are a necessity considering the price paid and the standard they are looking to achieve. Positives: - Location is stunning with the typical crystal clear seas and good beaches. - Hotel is well equipped with good restaurants. - The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. - Pool was excellent, and the loungers very comfortable. - Breakfast was superb. - Some of the service was very good, some awful (see below). Shout outs to the good ones - the entire staff at the seafood restaurant, Matvey at the beach bar and Thanos. Things to work on: - Service definitely needs some improvement considering the price paid. Upon check in no one thought to show us around to where the beaches are or the different restaurants etc. - No information was given regarding services offered by the hotel outside of the spa. For instance boat rides or services to the centre etc. There’s a tennis court but I was not told when or how to request usage. - In fact no one really told us anything. We had to constantly ask for information and even then it was often vague. At the start of our stay we asked about the WiFi and a member of staff replied that they “weren’t trained for that” (what does that even mean). - No help was offered with luggage from check-in. We only had small bags but the help is usually offered at other hotels. - Towels really should just be put rolled up on each sunbed in the morning, to prevent guests having to manually search for them. - The restaurants whilst delicious are shockingly expensive. Over €25 for a Greek salad is ridiculous, and the cheapest sushi I believe was around €20 for 8 pieces. I’ve genuinely paid less at michelin restaurants in London. - There need to be taps and showers near the beaches to guests can wash the sand off themselves before entering the hotel again.

Das Hotel ist eine tolle Erfahrung und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Der einzige negative Teil ist in der Bar, sie sind sehr langsam.

Ich habe die Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Check-in gebucht, und von dem Moment meiner Ankunft an war die Gastfreundschaft außergewöhnlich. Jedes einzelne Mitglied des Personals, von den Managern bis zum Team, hat sich außerordentlich bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Da ich meinen 30. Geburtstag feierte und alleine reiste, erwähnte ich dies während meines Aufenthalts. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde ich in eine wunderschöne Suite mit privatem Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Pool und die atemberaubende Caldera hochgestuft. Sie begrüßten mich auch mit großen Flaschen Wasser und einer Flasche Weißwein, was eine sehr aufmerksame Geste war. Ich habe am ersten Abend im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, und das Essen war absolut köstlich – frisch, geschmackvoll und perfekt gewürzt. Am nächsten Tag arrangierte das Team sogar eine kostenlose Massage mit hochwertigen Produkten, die unglaublich entspannend war und mir das Gefühl gab, wirklich verwöhnt zu werden. Ich benötigte auch einen späten Check-out, und sie erlaubten mir freundlicherweise, ohne zusätzliche Kosten bis 13:00 Uhr in meinem Zimmer zu bleiben, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Obwohl sich das Hotel nicht in Oia oder Fira befindet, ist es perfekt positioniert mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf beide Orte und bietet einen friedlichen Rückzugsort abseits der Menschenmassen, während es nur eine kurze Autofahrt von den Hauptattraktionen der Insel entfernt ist. Das Frühstück jeden Morgen war herrlich, mit einer großen Auswahl, darunter frisches Obst und Joghurt, und einer wunderschönen Aussicht, um den Tag zu beginnen. Dies war mein erstes Mal auf Santorini, und nicht zuletzt dank der Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites wird es sicherlich nicht mein letztes Mal sein. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht genug empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie meinen runden Geburtstag so besonders gemacht haben!

Ein hervorragender Aufenthalt in Ammades All Suites. Sauber, modern und mit hervorragender Service. Für: - Die Suiten selbst sind modern und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was wir brauchen. Bett super komfortable. - Die Hauspflege war sehr gut, zweimal täglich ohne Fehler ankommen und sicherstellen, dass wir alles hatten, einschließlich Strandhandtücher. - Der Pool-Lounge und der Service waren großartig. Der Button, um zu bestellen funktioniert gut, und die Lounge sind sehr komfortabel. - Der Strandzugang ist sehr gut. Wir würden uns empfehlen, ins Wasser ein wenig zu Recht des Grundstücks für eine Sandner Erfahrung zu gehen - das Meer direkt vor dem Grundstück ist ziemlich steinig. - Die Preise sind sehr gerecht, wir haben fast alles bei unserem vorherigen Aufenthalt in Amoh doppelt bezahlt, und hier war es viel vernünftiger. Zu arbeitende Dinge: - Die Strandlounge, die Hotelgästen zur Verfügung stehen, sind nicht so komfortabel wie die am Pool. Wir fanden uns an der Pool sitzen und nur zum Strand gehen stattdessen. - Frühstück, während fest, ist nichts Besonderes wirklich. Die a la carte Optionen sind vernünftig, aber nichts hat mich wirklich aus dem Wasser aus dem Geschmack geblasen, und das Buffet war relativ begrenzt. - Auch das Essen im Ammades Seaside Restaurant ist gut, aber nicht wunderbar. Der Fisch war eindeutig nicht frisch, und es gibt einen deutlichen Mangel an lokalen Gerichten, die wir lieben würden. - Es gibt nichts zu tun am Abend leider. Das Restaurant/Strandbar schließt um 18:00 Uhr, und das bedeutet, dass die Optionen für ein Sonnenaufgang Drink sehr begrenzt sind, was Schande ist. Wäre sicher zurück, aber bereit, in die alte Stadt zu gehen, wenn Sie irgendeine Art Nachtleben erleben möchten.
