Kastello Hotel

Charming hotel in a fantastic location! Spacious room, with plenty of space to stretch out, room for a king size bed and large couch. The breakfast was fabulous, it’s a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Nafplio is a really interesting town with lots to see, thoroughly recommend a visit.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Nafplio! Perfect location - 2 mins to the main restaurants and shopping, and 2 mins walk to the bottom of the steps to the Fortress of Palamidi. The office is located beside the main entrance door to the stairs to the apartments. We were lucky enough to book the top apartment, which had a lovely balcony overlooking the Town Hall and park area. The room has a lovely ambience and sitting area inside, plus the balcony area. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at a local cafe in the main square. Coffee, tea, fruit Juice, toast, bread, jams, honey, cheese, ham, yoghurt, omelette and fruit included! Amazing! Note - there are many stairs to the top apartment - I was happy to climb the stairs with our bags but would recommend your fit enough to carry your own bags up and down again.

Without reservations, we found this gem of a hotel in Nafplio run by two sweet sisters called Kastello Hotel. The Kastello Hotel is ideal and convenient for exploring Nafplio’s restaurants, shops, and waterfront without climbing dozens of steps. Located on the flat part of Nafplio, walking from the hotel is a joy. The rooms are reasonably priced and the beds are so comfortable. You can get a rate with breakfast or without. The breakfast is a yummy continental breakfast that features many choices. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel for your stay in Nafplio.
