Dieses Hotel ist eigentlich hervorragend.Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Meer. In 10 Min ist man in der Mykonos Stadt und am Flughafen. Eine kleine Bucht umgibt das Hotel mit ein paar guten Restaurants und einer Bar. Es fuehlt sich etwas familiär an. Durch dass dieses Hotel jedoch vergrössert momentan wird und die Arbeiten noch nicht zu Ende sind, gibt es im Moment täglich einen ziemlichen Lärm. Auch der Swimming pool, welcher zu unserem Zimmer gehörte, funktionierte nicht... es gab allerdings eine Reduktion des Preises. Am besten hat mir das Personal gefallen. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich wuerde bestimmt wieder gehen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht. Kostenlose Sonnenliegen stehen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt direkt am schönsten Strand der Insel. Liebe Grüsse an: Penny, Ambra, Marinos und Giannis.

I paid for a birthday cake and a bottle of wine to be delivered to a guest at your hotel for her birthday. You charged me 100 euros to my credit card. You called the guest to their room to set up a time for the delivery. The guest gave you a time frame. However, someone at the hotel forgot to take the presents to the room. The next day, after checkout, while the guest was getting into the cab to go to the airport, someone from the front desk remembered and tried to give them to her. She refused to take anything. I sent an email to the front desk and no one replied. I am sure the managers don’t know about this. I am disputing the credit card charge and I will follow up, hoping that your hotel takes responsibility.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. You are right on Platys Gialos. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. You get a free private shuttle to and from airport or ferry for arrival and departure. We were welcomed with free drinks and given a free bottle of wine with lunch. The breakfast each morning was a huge buffet with lots of delicious options and was included with our stay. We also were able to use the beach lounges in the first three rows on the beach included with our stay. We were in a deluxe suite that wasn't ocean facing but had a lot of space. We ate at the restaurant several times and the food was fresh and delicious as well. The hotel is very near the local bus which we took in and out of town. There are also multiple mini markets and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Second time staying at this hotel. Stayed in a dream suite, 2 adults and 3 kids. Worked well, only drawback was the one shower.. (which wasn’t a big issue anyway) Location great, beach is excellent, beach beds included as part of the stay, is really beneficial as it is a big saving when you have 5 people! Breakfast was really good. All staff very polite and helpful. Lots of bars, restaurants and convenience stores within close proximity.

Property is geared for party goers. Felt like a spring break hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location and proximity to swimming beach was excellent. Great restaurants close to hotel.

Let’s start, even though it advertises itself as 5 star hotel, it is not. 3+ grading would be more fact based review. First, the accommodation is not 5 star level and quality. Cleaning, it is dirty. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, but we stayd in suite, where the deck was nevel cleaned. Pictures of the hotel on website are nice, however reality is different. It also seems, the staff has quite severe challenges on responsibilities. ie. It took an hour for us to book ourselves in. On breakfast, in case you order from wrong waiter, it means you don’t get any breakfast. To get any breakfast, reserve 1,5 hours to get it. Prices are high at the hotel. Average bottle of wine goes up to 75 Euros. Positive is, hotel restaurant food was quite good and tasty. Hotel mgr. Was really shady person. It looked like everyone is afraid of him. We are still staying couple of days here and let’s see if the service gets any better. Location is nice, beach is near and all the restaurants are within walking distance.
