Das Hotel ist fabelhaft, die Lage grandios, einfach ein Traum. Ich und meine Frau werden im September wieder kommen. Ioannis Spa Manager ist sehr freundlich, und die Massage war ein Traum. Bitte unbedingt nach Ioannis fragen. Ich empfehle Ioannis weiter!!!

Dies war unser erster Besuch auf Mykonos und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl, im Bill and Coo Suites zu übernachten. Das Hoteldesign ist sehr zeitgemäß und es wurden keine Kosten in der Qualität des Designs und der Ausstattung gescheut. Unsere Suite war sehr geräumig und ruhig und hatte das bequemste Bett, ein wunderschönes Doppel-Duschbad, Meerblick und einen großen Balkon. Das wirklich Herausragende von Bill und Coo ist das hervorragende Team - alle so sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell, besonders Florian. Ebenso ist das Essen zum Frühstück und Mittagessen ausgezeichnet. Unsere einzige Enttäuschung war das Abendessen im Restaurant, wo das einzige Angebot ein sehr begrenztes festes Degustationsmenü war. Wir bevorzugen viel lieber die Wahl aus einem À-la-carte-Menü, also mussten wir jeden Abend auswärts essen, um dies zu erreichen. Leider kommt dies auch mit den Wucherkosten für den Hotelautoservice, der anteilig viel teurer ist als in vergleichbaren Luxushotels, in denen wir in anderen Teilen der Welt übernachtet haben. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber für uns würde uns das Abendessen am Abend davon abhalten, zurückzukehren.

Just wonderful. Service impecable, views great, closeness to Mykonos town is also great. Breakfast is delicious very well served. Hotel is small and is perfect because you don’t feel crowded. Complementary amenities in room were great, we were sick and asked for a doctor and more water and they were wonderful with that.

From the time we arrived until the time we left Bill and Coo the service was 5 star or greater. They could not do enough for us! The rooms were large, excellent views of the sea, had all the amenities that we needed, and a small treat was left at turndown service daily. The food was excellent. The breakfast was off the menu. You can order anything you want and as much as you want! Again, outstanding service. The pool was pristine with views of the sea. I did not go in the pool as the water was a bit cold for my liking. One can walk into the town during the day. Not a fat walk at all, but I feel that it is necessary to take a taxi or hotel car in the evenings since it is dangerous to walk that road due to traffic and curvy roads. My party of 6 did incur a large bill from transportation but we felt like it was worth it. I did have a massage,and it was wonderful! Again, beautiful resort/hotel with a relaxing vibe!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in one of the villas and would certainly think of returning to this excellent hotel. The staff are highly engaged, professional and attentive. The location is good being 10 mins walk from the town but this is along a narrow road with no pavements so does not feel safe - particularly at night. Avoid the hotel car service which is priced way too high (80 euros for a 5 min ride is simply excessive!). Also, a handful of rooms along the foot path from reception to the road are overlooked and so had little privacy so I would not have been pleased to stay in one of those. Overall though this is a terrific place to stay in Mykonos.

Our travel company switched us to this hotel after two other hotels in Mykonos changed our bookings. As a result, we were upgraded to suite #205, with amazing sunset views, and private infinity plunge pool. We were there 3 nights. The hotel, hotel pool, dining area, grounds, and location were all beautiful, all very clean and updated. Our room was large and the bathroom, too. One note is that there is no bathroom door. There is a stall type partial door for the toilet that does not provide much privacy. The pool and outdoor area was great with very comfortable cushioned lounge chairs, etc. One note - the hotel charge for 2 people for a ride to town was $25. Too much for a short trip so we walked down one late afternoon for sunset and dinner. It ended up to be a 15-20 minute walk and was just fine even when it was late and dark. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was great. You order off the menu, whatever you want, with many choices and it was all very good. In the evening the dining area is available for “smaller” meals such as pizza, pasta, warm sandwiches, etc. We ate there twice for convenience after 2 long and tiring days. The selection was a bit more limited but tasty. The staff all were pleasant and helpful and used our names, remembered preferences, etc. in a pleasant manner.

The most amazing staff in every department. They really can’t do enough for you. The hotel is close to the town so walkable but it is a very busy road, the hotel has a car service (payable) to take you where you need to go. Beautiful views from the pool area and rooms. We had a honeymoon suite and our adult children and partners had a bachelor suite and two bedroom suite the rooms are typical Mykonos style. The honeymoon suite had an amazing balcony where our party of 8 had plenty of space to meet for drinks in the evening. Other hotels should send their staff to the Bill and Coo training school !!!!
