Wir waren hier nun zum dritten mal in diesem Hotel und muss zugeben das es mehr als perfekt ist. Super Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick, sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes und höfliches Personal, direkt am Strand, toller Service von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. In der letzten Nacht vor unserer Abreise wurde, während wir schliefen, in unser Zimmer (# 312 im 1. Stock) eingebrochen. Der verschlossenen Safe wurde geöffnet und unser gesamtes Bargeld und Schmuck gestohlen! Wir haben den Vorfall sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet. Die Rezeptionisten durfte die Polizei nicht rufen, sondern mussten auf den Hotelmanager (Mr.Alexandros Marosis) warten. Wir riefen dann selbst die Polizei an. Es dauerte eine Stunde bis der Hotelmanager und die Polizei kamen. Die Reaktion des Hotelmanagers war katastrophal - es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung oder den Ausdruck eines Bedauerns! Er hat mehrmals betont, dass so etwas in diesem Hotel noch nie passiert sei - die übermalten Einbruchspuren an der Terrassentüre deuten allerdings auf das Gegenteil hin. Obwohl das Hotel ein 24h Security Service anbietet, sah man am Abend und in der Nacht keinen einzigen Securitymitarbeiter - und das obwohl das Hotel bzw. einige der Zimmer über die Straße, ohne das Hotel betreten zu müssen, erreichbar sind. Bis heute haben wir keine Rückmeldung vom Hotelmanagement bekommen - wir warten noch auf die Auswertung der Hotelkameras und einige weitere Informationen - wir wählten ein exklusives 5-Sterne Hotel und fühlen uns komplett alleingelassen - wie schon geschrieben, bis heute haben wir kein SORRY gehört und es wurde uns weder Hilfe noch Unterstützung angeboten! Wir haben das Gefühl, dass von Hotelseite Informationen bewusst zurück gehalten werden!

Me and the good lady aka Mrs M booked this hotel always wanting to to Mykonos.We have not been disappointed the hotel is wonderful in a fabulous location.staff cannot do enough for you food is lovely and weather fab with a nice breeze.thoroughly recommend this hotel will return again for sure

Perfect location, right on the beach - private section of the beach for hotel residents. Great safe swimming. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff fantastic helpful & friendly. Great restaurants close by. Convience store 2 min walk. Short bus ride to Old Town. Very good driver available for tours of the island.

Small Luxury Hotel indeed! My wife and I came for our honeymoon and loved every second! Simple yet beautifully appointed rooms, common areas and restaurants please the eye without being overly ostentatious. The complimentary breakfast is the best we've ever had. We spent hours at the private beach every day, and loved the drinks and food offered there. We went for a couple's massage at the spa, which was well worth the surprisingly competitive price. All the staff from the waiters to the masseuse were excellent: kind, professional, and skilled. We will absolutely come again. Bonus points for cute friendly cats roaming outside at times, as seems common here on Mykonos

Beautiful hotel, very clean and well maintained, nice rooms with everything you need. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. We got a free upgrade and were able to enjoy the beautiful sea view. The food is excellent, the buffet in the morning is very varied with various Greek specialties. Beautiful location with a private beach, comfortable loungers including a parasol (free, only the front row directly on the sea is subject to a charge and must be reserved). The sea is crystal clear. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely top notch resort. The staff could not have been nicer or more caring. The rooms are very nice and they are also quiet at night which is not the case in many Mykonos hotels. Breakfast buffet is fantastic with more choices than any one person could eat. The beach is excellent and the boats are far enough away from shore that you don't get oil washing up near were you swim.

The Mykonos Ammos team went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful honeymoon stay with them. The hotel manager gave us 2 options for rooms upon checking in as he knew it was our honeymoon. While our room was being prepared we enjoyed a nice complimentary welcome drink and got to explore the hotel. Every staff member is so friendly and attentive, it was hard for us to want to leave the hotel! The location was great - having the private beach was great, short drive into town, a couple of bakeries, markets, and right next to its sister hotel with more restaurants/lounge. Also if you're thinking about getting a massage, this is the place to get it. Their spa staff are amazing and did a great job with out our couples massage. Mary and Eva were phenomenal! Overall, if you're thinking about staying here, it's well worth it! We would definitely come back.
