We were not staying at this hotel but visiting a friend Alex who previously worked at a hotel in Paros. We stayed for lunch and it was a wonderful experience, the service was excellent and very attentive. The desserts were some of the best we have had anywhere. My Husband and I asked to see a room and were very impressed with the quality and luxury of the place. Each has its own pool, sunbathing area, small dining courtyard overlooking the pool and have a magnificent view of the bay. A beautiful property and will seriously consider for next year’s trip to Greece.

I've been fortunate enough to stay in some lovely hotels, but this place is next-level spectacular. Suites are HUGE, with private pools big enough to actually swim in, enormous bathrooms with tubs in the window, and sun terraces that are beautifully private with glorious views over blue seas. Everything is IMMACULATE. I mean there's not a chipped tile or scuffed surface to be found and the materials are beautifully selected. Beds are huge and comfortable, linens are as high thread count as you could possibly want. The staff - from front of house to housekeeping, are warm and helpful, and very patient with guests who stayed in their room all day and asked for housekeeping while they went out to dinner! Abi, one of the owners, chats frequently with guests to make sure everything is 100%. We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary, and were welcomed with an entire cake, champagne and fruit. The food is wonderful, so you don't really need to go out, but if you do they'll take you into Ornos – the nearest town – for free, and will happily and without fuss arrange transport further afield. Reception is staffed 24/7 and communicated via text or WhatsApp to arrange pick ups and drop offs whenever and wherever you need on the island. Want to go clubbing until 4am? No problem. The clincher though? THEY SERVE BREAKFAST UNTIL 1PM. That's right. One. In the afternoon. It kind of tells you everything you need to know.

Kalesma Mykonos is perched on a bougainvillea-ladened Greek hillside overlooking Ornos Bay about 15 minutes from the town of Mykonos. My One Bedroom Kalesma Suite was an absolute knockout with spacious footprint and boasting of custom furnishings and touches of local artisan pieces. The pinnacle perk; however, is the outdoor living space (endowed with sea views) complete with kitchen, dual dining area, sun lounges and the crown jewel of the package........a private infinity pool. The bath is luxuriously outfitted with a walk-in shower (with a sister outdoor shower), a freestanding bath enhanced pool views. Pere Ubu is an all day restaurant pumping out excellent Cycladic dishes like Sea Bass and Lamb Tartar. After I fly over the menu, I selected the Pickled Octopus.....deliciously zingy. The Pere Ubu Pool Bar is a watering hole that sports inventive cocktail concoctions. The Aloni Sunset Lounge is a popular spot and is decked out with a centerfold fire pit, an ideal area for sunset watching. In lieu of a future spa facility in the making, in-room spa trea**ents are available to guests as well as a high-tech fitness gym. So, if you want a hideaway in a luxurious retreat set in a natural Greek setting................ ........then try the ...............Kalesma Mykonos...........an exclusive Mediterranean sanctuary.

Sem dúvidas, um dos hotéis mais incríveis que já conheci. Não apenas pela sua localização privilegiada, mas também pelo atendimento, cuidado e luxo nos detalhes. É um lugar muito especial, com uma energia única, suítes incríveis, extremamente confortávels e charmosas. Um verdadeiro pedaço do paraíso. Destaque para gastronomia, com muitas opções da culinária locais. A única parte ruim foi ter que ir embora. Não vejo a hora de voltar.

Kalesma is a gem of Mykonos. It's very luxurious, quiet and unique hotel. Its bespoke design is both modern and traditional. The location is perfect - close to Ornos. A à la carte, vegetarian or gluten-free breakfast is served at the property. At the accommodation you'll find a restaurant serving Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.

Perfectly comfortable place for a relaxing get-away; very attentive staff especially in the restaurant. Patrick (receptionist) helped to manage a late check out which was very very much appreciated! Not much to explore in the immediate area, even to get to supermarket requires a transfer which can be arranged easily though by the hotel.

Kalesma is a special place. You don't find the same attention detail at a hotel and restaurant in other places. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and gorgeous. The views across the property are mesmerizing. The food at the restaurant (Pere Urbu) was among the best we had on the island (try the vegan bougatsa for breakfast and the cauliflower based tarama). And the Kalesma team provided such warm and personal service (thank you Vangeli and colleagues!). Also don't miss Kalesma's little chapel, which has the most unique iconography I have ever seen. For us, any return to Mykonos will be to Kalesma.
