Vi deltok i et bryllup på Refsnes Gods. Hagen og områdene ute ga en utrolig fin ramme for både vielse og fest. En del av hotellet bar preg av at det ikke er et moderne hotell, men det har sin sjarm med kunst på store deler av hotellet. Selve bygget er flott å se på, og man får følelse av å være på et eksklusivt sted.

Betten viel zu weich und durchgelegen, Party im Garten bis 02.30, Fruehstuck ohne Espresso und Auswahl schlechter als in vielen Billighotels, Kellner hat gestunken, aber Zimmer schoen, Restaurant hervorragend. Im Hotel fehlt der Chef. Es erinnert an einen Staatsbetrieb.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening, bra renhold hver dag. Hotellet kunne hatt brettspill for familier, ting til å fange dyr i sjøen med og tilby kakao i baren.

Nydelig hotell, utsøkt middag, herlig strand.
Det ble ikke informert om at man måtte booke middag, frokost og boblebad ved bestilling, det var derfor fullt på noen frokostserveringer og boblebadet var fullbooket. Frokosten var ikke i stil med resten, vil si under middles (forventingene var over middels etter den nydelige middagen).

Fantastisk service av alt personell og svært godt renhold. Trivelige rom. Veldig god mat i Munch restauranten. Hit kommer vi gjerne igjen.

We visited in May. Such a wonderful stay. The staff was great. We got a tour of the hotel, explaining all the paintings in the different rooms, the equiite wine cellar. .. It was during pentecostal holiday and the kitchen was unfortunately closed so we didn't try any dinner :( Great breakfast! Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Had a wonderful stroll around the area. We're definitely coming back.

This place is magical! We spent a couple of days at Refsnes Gods after our 4 day wedding in Oslo. And it was exactly what we needed. The place is gorgeous, service is fantastic and the room was amazing. Its easy to get there from Oslo and you really feel like royalty both by the way everyone is treating you and from the suroundings! The wine cellar is truly impressive and they have an impressive art-collection. And the restaurant- its honestly worth a visit just for that. Great food and friendly, proffesional service. We are already talking about going back.

It must have been a lovely private house before the park was sold for house and it still has lovely views across the fjord and a please simple garden. The room was attractive but the bathroom was similar to Premier Inn bathroom. Perfectly functional but lacking any touches. The shower and tap wouldn’t turn off so if you wanted one on you had to have both. I reported this the first night and having done away I realised I had mistakenly given a non existent room number. Nobody noticed as I don’t think the receptionist was remotely interested. I reported it again the next day and hope someone has bothered to fix it. The reception staff were indifferent but the breakfast staff excellent and charming whereas in the main dining room there is a rather Dickensian air and although the food was well cooked it all lacked atmosphere. Mysteriously they were telling people it was full when it blatantly wasn’t maybe short staffed? All in all it was fine but nothing special Needs
