I’m a silver member of Accor hotels and in the last two weeks I had 3 accommodations in Accor hotels (Warsaw, Munich and Viena, all times 3 rooms for my family) and this time was not comfortable, smelly, not renovated rooms, broken windows (room nr. 228), old bathrooms and no welcome drinks like everywhere for silver client. I paid more than in another Ibis hotel in Warsaw, but I can’t understand for what? I was excepting a better service according to the price. I’m disappointed. From positives, the parking was good and great location for one night stop when passing by as a transit.

We spend one night in Warsaw while in transit to east. The hotel has a good location when approaching the city from west or south late evening without the need to enter the city. The breakfast was good, room had an air conditioner and beds were comfortable.

Loud room, squeeky door, old fashioned interior and bathroom. In general nothing special, There are a lot of better options with this price in Warsaw. I wouldn't recommend or come here again. Disappointed.

choose ibis styles warszawa west due to location but it was not ibis styles standarts for sure. room and bathroom was small, I had problems to fit in the shower. it looks looks like that they transformed an old hotel to this but it's not good. other then location for me, rest was average.

Hotel is a little bit outdated. Rooms need renovation. No airconditioning in the room so hot in summer, many mosquitoes coming when window open. Bathroom outdated. This not what you expect from Ibis Styles. Breakfast and restaurant are good

It was very aftordable and you do get a lot for your money with drinks coupons and free breakfast included. We left 3am and the staff offered to make us breakfast to go bags.. very nice of them.
Room is clean and beds are comfortable. Location is really good close to the highway and seems easy to get into central as well. Safe parking is a plus as we had our car full of luggage overnight.
The issues were a few... the hotel is old which is okey but the shower area needs some upgrading. Visible mold in the corners and silver fish.... we had no water in the evening and as we had to leave very early we ended up going to be before anyone came to fix it. The handing of the issue was slow. Room so super hot and the windows were kept shut when we checked in... so many mosquitoes in the room that we couldnt sleep. So even if the hotel is good value for money, we are now not sure if we should cancel our return trip stay as we got no sleep.. due to the heat and mosquitoes...

Odwiedziłem Hotel Ibis Styles Warszawa West na weselu i muszę powiedzieć, że było to niezapomniane doświadczenie. Atmosfera była świetna, obsługa profesjonalna, pokoje czyste i wygodne, jedzenie pyszne, a lokalizacja dogodna. Gorąco polecam to miejsce zarówno na organizację wydarzeń, jak i na pobyt turystyczny w Warszawie.

Отель удобно расположен на съезде с трассы. Если не собираетесь в город и в Варшаве проездом - такой себе вариант на «переночевать» без ожиданий. Вежливый персонал. Отель откровенно подгулявший. В нашем номере на стенах были пятна, очень грязный унитаз, повидавшая виды мебель. Про урну я молчу, просто посмотрите на фото. В номере было очень холодно, сыро и зябко. Полотенцесушитель ледяной, кондиционер настроен только на охлаждение. На мои просьбы сделать теплее - сказали, что нельзя. По итогу замёрзли и немного простыли. На коридоре весь день было выставлено горой грязное белье из других номеров. Еда в ресторане - уровень столовой, но завтраки неплохие. P.S. Крайне неудачное расположение светильников прямо над головой на кровати, будьте осторожны :)
