Das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein mit einem Fenster das absolute keinen Ausblick hatte, außer auf eine Wand 20cm entfernt.
Der ganze Ort ist leider zu einem überlaufenden Partyort geworden mit lauter Musik und touristischen Restaurants.
Leider enttäuschend. Für 20jähriger auf ihrer ersten Reise bestimmt toll.

didnt pay attention (i dont know if it is wrotten) that the regular room is without a window so pay attnetion. was there for 1 night so it was ok

Sambass hotel is located on the 2nd beach that is a trendy one with a lot of music, facilities and noise. There is a great breakfast, good attendance and nice rooms. Every week, from Thursday to Sunday they throw a party called Sunset which ends almost 10 pm. So if you’re looking for a calm place you may want to check the 4th beach. However, if you enjoy a crowded place with a huge variety of restaurants and bars you should book a few days in this hotel. Extra tips: - Go to Chez Max restaurant at least once ( it’s located on the 3rd beach). There are nice plates and a excellent service. - enjoy a whole day in the "Basilico beach bar" ( it’s located on the 4th beach), the food are great and the view unbelievable. - be patient with the locals, they'll approach you all time.

Minha estadia no Aqua by Sambass foi simplesmente fantástica! O hotel oferece uma infraestrutura impecável, com quartos espaçosos e confortáveis, além de piscinas privativas que proporcionam momentos de relaxamento únicos. O restaurante do hotel é um verdadeiro destaque, com pratos deliciosos e uma vista deslumbrante para o mar. A equipe é extremamente gentil e prestativa, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais especial. Com certeza voltarei em breve para aproveitar mais dias neste paraíso!

Excelente posada. Tienen personal permanentemente limpiando pasillos. Limpieza de las habitaciones impecable. La atención del personal de primera, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y orientar. Desayuno buffet de primera. Habitaciones con vista al mar tienen piscina individual en cada habitación.

Fui ao estabelecimento durante a tarde do dia 15/02/24, solicitei a reserva para noite do mesmo dia de uma mesa, o funcionário me passou o preço de 100 reais por pessoa, fechei a reserva de uma mesa para quatro pessoas, na hora da cobrança outro funcionário queria me cobrar 150reais por pessoa, informei que o preço combinado, um outro funcionário informou que iria verificar, mas o responsável pela cobrança simplesmente se afastou, fui até o caixa perguntei pelo gerente o caixa disse que era ele, informei novamente o ocorrido, e que aquilo configurava propaganda enganosa, esse também não me deu a devida atenção e disse que não faria nada.

Hotel muito bem estruturado. Quarto amplo, roupas de cama de boa qualidade. Café da manhã satisfatório. Equipe gentil e atenciosa.
Inconveniente: fica bem em frente à praia e ao lado de um beco onde as pessoas começam a transitar e falar alto muito cedo. Tem musica ao vivo até tarde da noite. Definitivamente, não é pra quem gosta de sossego. Se vc for boêmio, não vai querer sair de lá.

Não tem uma boa solicitude no atendimento, os garçons não são atentos ao atendimento. O tempo de espera foi razoável até a chegada da comida. Comida estava boa e bem temperada, porém o cardápio não descreve bem os itens do prato. Já os garçons também não oferecem uma boa explicação.
