Ich habe meine Reservierungen für eine Familienversammlung am 24. Juni, 25, 2022 mein Sohn, der ein Junior anwesend war. Der Hotelmanager rief mich während der Reise nach Montgomery, bestätigte mehrere Reservierungen. Ich habe ihm empfohlen, ich habe 3 Zimmer und mein Sohn hat 1. bei Ankunft und Check-in mein Sohn nahm mich an und sagte, es sei ein Problem wegen unserer Namen. Wir beide gingen ins Gegenteil und die Situation wurde abgewickelt. Ich habe ihr angeraten, dass der Manager mich angerufen hatte. Einmal im Zimmer kam mein Sohn in mein Zimmer und sagte, dass sie uns in den falschen Zimmern haben. wir Beide gingen nach unten. Ich informierte die andere Dame, dass es ein Problem gibt, erklärte Kayla booking.com es. Ich fragte dann nach seinem Aufsichtsbüro Nummer sie dann rollte ihre Stiefel zurück, stattdessen ich weiß es nicht und wir können das den ganzen Tag tun. nie so angedroht wurde wie zuvor. Ich habe bessere Service im Motel 6. dann war es auf unseren Kreditkarten gemischt . Ich habe ein Visum, er hat MasterCard. wir leben in verschiedenen Staaten, unterschiedliche Telefon# und E-Mail's. sehr inkompetente und unorganisierte Hotels. Top Dinge von ihnen war ein Roach in der Dusche, als ich am Samstag Morgen aufgestanden

Es ist ein t Rauchen geräuchert kostenlos, das ist großartig, weil es ein Nichtraucherzimmer ist. Der Front Desk ist wirklich angenehm und schön und sie haben die wonkye entfernte Problem fixiert. Allerdings ist der Rauchdetektor nicht angeschlossen und das Badezimmer braucht etwas Arbeit. Sie können sagen, es gibt einige Bereiche, in denen sie ein Pflaster auf die Wand gelegt und nicht malen sie und iseveral Bereiche entlang der Decke hat Schäden und am Tje-Schaum, wo die Wand Erfüllt die Decke dort viele schwarze Punkte, die ich nicht weiß, ob Moll oder Mildew. Five stars for the customer service here! Jecoby at the front desk was so hospitable and professional. He helped our family get rooms next to each other and he assisted with a few other requests that we had. He also greeted us by name as we came and left and he did it all with a smile! The other desk staff members were equally as nice. This was unexpected, amazing customer service! The rooms all had microwaves and mini fridges, which was nice. The suites had a sitting area that separated the sleeping area from the bathroom. The rooms were clean when we checked in but the day to day housekeeping left a little to be desired. When we ran into the housekeeping staff in the hallways on multiple days, they couldn't figure out who had our room. But, the staff that we saw were very accommodating. We brought our trash cans out and they changed the bags. They also switched our towels for us. It didn't appear that they make the beds on a daily basis however. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was well stocked, even near the end of the breakfast hour. The variety of food was good and the hot dishes rotated daily. While we were there, the food included breakfast sandwiches, breakfast meats, eggs, leige waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, grits, and fruit. They had a mini waffle maker, which was a hit with our kids. Juices, milk, coffee, tea, and water were available. We utilized the gym facilities on several days and while small, it got the job done. They had two treadmills, and an elliptical, although it was not working while we were there. The equipment was a little dated, but it was able to be used. They also had free weights. This was really an excellent stay in the Eastchase area in Montgomery. Close to numerous restaurants and shops, it was the perfect location and hotel for our family. The most striking thing about our stay was how great the employees were. Despite seemingly working long hours, they were wonderful. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a very long time at a hotel of this caliber, or even more upscale hotels. I would highly recommend this place.
