Korrekter und formeller Empfang. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön mit bequemen Sonnenliegen und es gibt einen Wellnessbereich, der derzeit noch geschlossen ist. Fitnessstudio nach Vereinbarung geöffnet. Ein wenig wiederholtes Frühstück genug. Kellner sind sehr damit beschäftigt, Anti-Covid-Bestimmungen durchzusetzen

En mi opinión lo mejor fue el desayuno. Nos cambiaron la habitación diciendo que era superior pero la que nosotros teníamos reservada estaba reformada y con ducha, y la que nos dieron no. Y aunque bajamos y explicamos que la reservamos así por la dificultad de no poder usar bañera pero decían que no tenían otra. Por lo tanto un gran punto negativo. Y en cuanto a las instalaciones, decir que tienen piscina exterior, interior...(esta forma parte del spa que hay que abonar y no lo dice en ningún sitio, sino cuando llegas allí. Al ponerlo dentro de las instalaciones como la exterior y no tiene coste, intentaron convencernos que en la web del hotel lo decía pero todos comprobamos que no era cierto). Deberían poner que lleva coste (como otras partes del hotel o actividades) y no captar clientes omitiendo cosas esas.

Todo estupendo. Nada malo que decir. Los empleados muy amables y las instalaciones en muy buenas condiciones. Muy recomendable.

Estancia muy agradable. Personal muy amable y atento, desayuno insuperable, limpieza en las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes, área de las piscinas y bar muy confortable.

Stayed here for 10 days, the hotel is good but we were on a low floor over the entertainment area and had to complain about the loud music from 10-30 through to midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was fine, it could have been warmer but still ok. We went to the Spa which was also good value for money but when you went for a shower at the end the shampoo dispensers were all empty, but disappointing.

You can get hotels with more refinements but this is one of the best value for money hotels we have visited. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and limited but very good quality food. A real mix of elderly and young sporty athletes on winter training. A good place and worth your money. Great hotel.

Excellent hotel, great service, lovely staff, great spa, reasonable prices. Food good, limited choice but excellent quality. Central location fir beach and shops. Would recommend this hotel. The resort has a lovely long boardwalk with plenty of seated areas.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel but it is totally let down by the restaurant experience. The tables are so close together in the dining room that sometimes it was impossible to get out without asking another guest to pull in their chair. If other diners wanted to get past our table to get to the buffet their bottom would literally brush our table (even when they walked sideways). The food from the hot food buffet was rarely hot and sometimes barely warm. I'm not one of those serial complainers, and have left this review because I've spoken to other guests who feel exactly the same. By the end of the holiday we ate out every night, even though we'd paid for 1/2 board.

I really, truly hate writing negative or even average reviews, but my experience at this hotel left a lot to be desired. This is a hotel for older people, to be frank. Nearly every person I saw, with the exception of the staff and one or two middle-aged women, was 60+. Do not bring your children here, because they will not enjoy themselves. We’ll start with the positives: - I stayed in room 109 - lovely use of space, very nice balcony with a lovely view. VERY clean. - Cleaners all throughout the hotel were very polite and lovely. - The pool areas were gorgeous, very clean & the Bali beds were a delight. The spa area was good too. - Hotel very close to the beach. Check in was quick (more on this later) - The interior design is interesting! Not for everyone obviously, but I liked it. And now the negatives: - The biggest flaw in this hotel is the restaurant, particularly at dinner times. Very busy. - I cannot think of a word other than rancid to describe the food. I am not a fussy eater, but I genuinely wouldn’t serve the food they provided to my dog. I’ll attach a photo of the ‘salmon’ they served. The food was either dry, soggy, cold or just plain freezer food - veg, potatoes, everything. Felt like an Iceland showcase. Please do yourselves a favour and skip dinner at this hotel: it is not worth it. Breakfast however, ok! - The (one) waitress they had was always smiling which was lovely to see. The men were far too full on - the younger ones were lovely but the older gentlemen gave the impression they’d rather be anywhere else. I got approached asking what I’d like to drink whilst I was at the buffet which I thought was odd and quite rude. The constant checking up by multiple staff was also very uncomfortable - I’m trying to eat, please stop trying to make conversation. I got charged at checkout for a beer I hadn’t asked for and didn’t drink (I don’t drink beer…), but I wasn’t about to argue over €4. - The very odd one way entry system makes sense in terms of keeping up with who’s been into the restaurant, but is potentially dangerous for disabled people as the steps out of the restaurant aren’t overly accessible. - The check-in was quick, but too quick. No explanation of where anything was or even a mini map of the hotel. - Alma Spa was lovely, but not €17 euros lovely. Not everything worked. You also have to pay for a swimming cap on top of that. Overall - this hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. It’s barely even worth 2. Please save your money and look elsewhere. 3/5.
