It was a great place to stay in! Very friendly staff and good location! However, the internet might be very slow in the room so you might have to come out to the front to use it

飯店的位置就在市區 這點很方便 走路三分鐘有肯德基 郵局跟超市 工作人員也很友善很推薦來這邊可以選擇這間評價的飯店

一樓的餐廳食物出品非常不錯 就是你需要有點耐心，三人房非常非常寬敞，地點對於第二天逛老城非常友好

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 市中心，酒店好像剛裝修過。

First the positive; the staff are very friendly and the beds were comfortable. We only did one night stay over so for that it was ok. The bar/restaurant is alright and good okay. Breakfast buffet was quite nice actually. However. When we checked in they apparently gave us the wrongroom at first (the dood wouldn't open) and then we were take to the back of the hotel to a courtyard. I seriously thought we were heading for the service quarters. That was our room (504). Apart from the leaky shower covered in drain flies and the low pressure tap, some rusty handle bars... it was okay. Until 5:40 am when staff started dumping trash in the courtyard bins while talking and laughing loudly. The then continued with cleaning the bins with high water pressure making a hell of a racket. Also the location is not very nice, kids sniffing glue in front of the hotel and during breakfast begging for food through the window. I can't blame them, but it felt very awkward. All in all okay for a practical stay over, but would not spend a 2nd night there. I feel bad as all the staff were super friendly and caring.

We experienced Great hospitality from the team. The food was always fresh and delicious. Great for a short business stay in the CBD as it’s close to the businesses and town restaurants. A little noisy at night if you’re closer to the club side but it goes quiet eventually. Would recommend

Had refused to check me in claiming couldnt locate my booking, then gave tiny room facing noisy pub couldn't sleep, then moved me to another with stinking AC and lastly moved me at 4am to a dirty room where pillows reeked of another person's perfume!! I and other patrons could not be served dinner we waited 3 hours because they were hosting a certain cocktail and totally ignored us had to go looking for food elsewhere at midnight!!!!!!

The Conference facility was great. We were served very well by Nicodemus during our two-day conference. Madam Caroline Ndirangu was so nice to us, and they really made our stay and participants very comfortable. We will definitely come back again and again

I held one of our meetings there recently and the hospitality I received was top-notch. The staff are very hospitable and warm, attention to detail and the facilities impeccable. If you find yourself in Mombasa, Castle Royal will give you a homely experience.

I had an excellent stay, complemented by outstanding service. The staff are highly professional and responded promptly to any concerns. As a lactating mother on a business trip, I was especially grateful for the provision of a fridge to store my milk, which made my stay more comfortable. The food was exceptional, and the central location within the CBD makes it incredibly convenient for business travelers.
