Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Catered to our needs well. Room service was fast and maid service was whenever we asked. Concierge was very friendly and helped with alot of questions. Thank you soo much team for the unforgettable experience!

Comfortable room and quiet environment. Breakfast is served at a cozy café.

Everything was great 👍 good location the breakfast was nice and friendly worker's 😋 but a bid disappointed the lifts was not working cos I had back pains and the too terrace not opened. I will recommend that 👌.

酒店離火車站很近，步行到餐飲集市都很方便，酒店的房間本身比較簡單，是整體的傳統住房分割成不同的酒店房間，但是酒店的外邊風景很棒，步行到購物中心都很方便

酒店比較老了，房間比較小，普通的酒店，服務一般，因為早上出門早，7點半免費早餐沒吃上，要求送點麪包都不可以。

房間很乾凈，打掃衞生很勤快。早飯是純西式的，吃不慣的朋友不要訂。

服務不錯。內部環境不錯，但是房間有點小，而且靠着馬路，晚上會有點兒噪音

酒店建築及內飾很有特色，衞生條件好，早餐豐富，品質好。酒店距離火車站近，出行便利。

Bei Anreise und Anmeldung musste sofort der gesamte Buchungspreis für drei Nächte bezahlt werden. Eine Zimmerbesichtigung wurde nicht angeboten, da der Aufzug defekt war. Als ich zu Fuß im Zimmer ankam, war es nicht das Zimmer mit Poolblick, das ich bei Booking gebucht hatte, sondern eines zur Straße (wobei der Pool im sehr kleinen Innenhof sicher von keinem Erwachsenen genutzt wird, weil er so winzig ist), sondern ich hatte den Innenhof gebucht, da ich keinen Verkehr hören wollte. Zimmer 444 ist und war definitiv nicht für zwei Personen eingerichtet. Ein Tisch, ein Stuhl, der Schrank nicht größer als ein Spind. Nur ein Stück billigste Seife und ein Duschgel, sowie ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch. Aus den Hähnen kam kaum Wasser. Ich erwähnte die Probleme an der Rezeption und bat um einen Zimmerwechsel. Man sagte mir, es gäbe kein anderes Zimmer. Die Hähne wurden repariert und nach einer Stunde wurde ein zweiter Satz Handtücher gebracht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und nur dünn schallisoliert. Die Doppelscheiben nützen nichts. Das Hotelrestaurant ist klein und dreckig und hat den Charme eines Internetcafes. Das Personal dort ist unmotiviert. Das Frühstück ist mittelmäßig. Das gesamte Hotel ist viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Und eines der schlechtesten in Marrakesch, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angeht. Wir sind einen Tag früher abgereist. Als wir an der Rezeption nachfragten, ob wir den Preis für eine Nacht zurückbekommen könnten, wurde uns das verweigert. Wir wurden gebeten, uns an Booking zu wenden, obwohl ich bei der Ankunft bar bezahlen musste. Gäste werden hier extrem unfair behandelt. Wir reisen für drei Wochen in Marokko, aber dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Schande und es ist überraschend, dass es bei Booking angeboten wird. When you arrive and register, the entire booking price for three nights had to be paid immediately. A viewing of the room was not offered because the elevator was broken. When I arrived in the room on foot, it was not the room with a pool view that I had booked on Booking, but rather one facing the street (although the pool in the very small inner courtyard is certainly not used by any adult because it is so tiny) but I booked the inner courtyard because I didn't want to hear any traffic. Room 444 is and was definitely not set up for two people. One table, one chair, the cupboard no bigger than a locker. Only one piece of the cheapest soap and one shower gel, as well as one small and one large towel. Hardly any water came out of the taps. I mentioned the problems at reception and asked for a room change. I was told there was no other room. The taps were repaired and a second set of towels was brought after an hour. The rooms are very loud and thinly soundproof. The double panes are no use. The hotel restaurant is small and dirty and has the charm of an internet cafe. The staff there are unmotivated. The breakfast is mediocre. The entire hotel is far too expensive for what it offers. And on

Das Hotel Amani ist ein eher abgewohntes und in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer, die nicht in den Innenhof gehen, sind extrem laut, weil sie an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegen. Das Frühstück ist unteres Mittelmaß und der Laundry Service leider noch schlechter. Ich bin mir sicher, dass es bessere Hotels gibt in Marakesh, zumal das Amani nicht billig ist und ein großes Stück außerhalb der Medina liegt (mind 30 Minuten zu Fuß).

Pros: - Closeness to the main train station and airport. - Room are alright and facilities fully provided. Cons: - The rudest reception that I have ever met in Morroccan hospitality services. He gave us a wrong room and told us there was no room available even we booked in advance. We requested a double room with 1 queen bed. He said no room for me and said 1 person per one bed hahah. Better to learn how to behave well. - The air-conditioner in the room was working noisily and made us not get enough sleep. - Even the hotel is located closeness to the airport, they would charge you €20 / person for a shuttle service. I asked for an additional option if he could call us a local taxi. He replied to me, just go out and get one on the street. Easy. You must have no knowledge of working in the hotel. Should have learned before starting to work. Remember that his name was Brahim and do not excuse that you did not say like that. If you did not say like thay, there would not be any problem afterwards. Kindly check my reviews of 5-star. You are making 3-star hotel standard dropped down dramatically compared with a Riad at the same price. highly not recommended. Go to stay in Riad around is much better. What a disappointment.

Stayed here for final two nights of a three week trip round Morocco, and booked it on a whim the day before as had been staying in riads and wanted a change. I was pleasantly surprized. Staff very welcoming, good location just two minutes walk from the train station. The room is on the basic side but was large, big bathroom, very clean, huge bed, so I was happy. If I was to nit-pic, it could be noisy when other guests returned late as the corridors are very echoey, and there isn't a great selection of restaurants nearby. But, nice pool, good breakfast and very friendly staff. I'd happily stay here again.

I feel this hotel is a little misadvertised. The description completely soundproof? Aside from the screeching cars through the night, the crying kids and the other guests at all hours. Definitely NOT soundproof. The air con in the room faulty and after going to reception 5 times, then rebooting it, works for 10 mins then faults again we gave up! Shower - red hot, cold, warm cycles, grab the warm when you get and wait for the next cycle and hold the shower head as no adjustment so if you are not 6 ft tall the water won’t get you. Shower curtain sticks to you and don’t even try to shave your bits in such a confined space! Breakfast - poor, same every day, ran out of honey, ran out of cheese, no variation at all. Pool - no sun goes around to that area at all so if you want a shady dip in cold water then well done to you but I certainly didn’t. The rooftop terrace, advertised as a restaurant and sun spot is a building site and to top it off the lift isn’t working and clearly hasn’t been for some time! Spa - no one around? Think the staff must have gone home? Finally the rock hard bed - we put the blanket under the sheet to give a little relief but very uncomfortable. Disappointing sadly. But if you like clean and basic then it’s that.
