Mi rendo conto che da ospite si pretende sempre il meglio e il gestore deve far quadrare i conti del bilancio però questa struttura è penalizzata dallo stato delle camere. Premetto che ne ho occupata solo una su un numero abbastanza consistente, ma la mia camera non è sicuramente idonea alle aspettative di un 4 stelle. Seppure molto pulita la camera mostra i suoi anni. Gli spazi comuni sono invece più conformi ad un 4 stelle. Buona la posizione, appena defilata dalla spiaggia. Molto buono il lido con cui hanno convenzione.

Ho pensato tanto a quanto "dare" a questo hotel e con un pò di malincuore il giudizio finale è nella media. Parto con il dire che la gentilezza e competenza del personale ne fanno sicuramente un 4 stelle S ma il prezzo e la condizione retrò delle stanze e dell'ambiente in generale ne fanno, ad ora, un buon 3 stelle S ma niente di più. Già a colpo d'occhio, esternamente, si vede il fasto di quello che è stato ma non di quello che è. La camera, nell'insieme, è certamente pulita ed accogliente ma ci sono dettagli decisamente molto migliorabili ad esempio gli infissi in alluminio color bronzo puro stile anni 70 ed anche il bagno è si pulito ma con arredi antiquati. Insomma nel complesso è ovviamente più che accettabile ma ha veramente bisogno di una rinfrescata in tutto e per tutto. Probabilmente il prezzo "basso" ti fà digerire meglio tutte queste pecche ma capisco anche le difficoltà nel gestire (e mantenere) una struttura cosi imponente.

In fuga da un altro hotel di Milano marittima, approdo purtroppo solo per una notte per fortuna in questo paradiso.. Essendo io un abituè di Milano marittima, ho voluto testare la qualità di qualche albergo in vista della prossima estate. Ho trovato un hotel pulitissimo, dove si mangia veramente bene personale attento stanze efficienti e ordinatissime, colazione super. Unico piccolo suggerimento che mi sento di dare... Forse sostituirei qualche tavolino del giardino con qualche poltrona da giardino per potersi rilassare dopo cena al fresco. Piscine grandissima e riscaldata che sembra un mare da quanto è grande L'occhio del padrone sempre vigile su tutto. Bravi. Roberto di Torino

Unfortunately we will never return to this hotel! It’s hot, it’s beach weather and the air conditioner was not working for the total duration of our stay. Can you imagine what it feels like suffocating in a room? If you open a window be prepared to be eaten by mosquitoes. The real disappointed was the behaviour of the owner and the staff - trying to minimise the problem like it’s perfectly normal you stay in a hot room like this. In addition, they tried to blame this as some type of town council issue (obviously this is was just an excuse and not the real reason). And of course with the ‘promise’ that the air conditioner would work in a couple if hours. The hotel has no problem with asking for full price and not giving you what you paid for. I find this to be quite dishonest and I can only hope other guests never have any problems here because they hotel will not resolve problems. Some good things- comfortable bed and very friendly cleaning room staff.

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable in a traditional Italian style.
The view from the balcony was advertised as a sea view but it was a very limited view.
Nice breakfast area with nice variety of options.

Hotel molto bello, moderno e soprattutto pulitissimo. La colazione è molto curata e la scelta ampia per tutti i gusti. Il ristorante è di altissimo livello con portate decisamente abbondanti; la scelta sulla carta comprende parecchie opportunità che variano ogni giorno. V. P. e A. P.

Bellissimo, organizzatissimo ed ho mangiato veramente bene. Il servizio impeccabile!!! Meravigliosa la piscina e la stanza dei giochi per i bambini. Piccola menzione la faccio anche allo stabilimento balneare che, nonostante la pioggia, ha saputo dare un'accoglienza e una garanzia di ordine e pulizia difficilmente riscontrabili in altri stabilimenti. La professionalità prima di tutto. BRAVI!!!
