NON PRENOTARE - NO RESERVAR - DO NOT BOOK Una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita. Ho denunciato a Booking il fatto. Tutto quello che vedete è FALSO. Stanze sporche, bagni con oggetti gia usati (sapone aperto) mura rotte, aria condizionata rotta, finestra fradicia in piena estate con 40°. La persona alla reception arrogante, maleducata, ci ha fatto pagare e dopo le nostre lamentele non ci ha neanche restituito l'importo (solo grazie a Booking ho recuperato i soldi) abbiamo lasciato l'albergo (se così si può dire) 10 minuti dopo essere entrati e siamo stati costretti a cercarne un altro. Le foto parlano sole, una BLATTA morta sotto al letto. DA DENUNCIA.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. It was a rip off and a total waste of money. Totally misrepresented on ******* and the pictures are a total lie. It looks horrible in person. Our room was in the attic and had leaking pipes. The staff was rude and the room was extremely dirty and felt unsafe. The front desk guy, Fabio, was unhelpful. I would advise to stay somewhere else even if it cost you a little extra. It was my first time in Milan and I hated everything about it but most of it is the hotel. The utensils were dirty and the cups smelled bad. Overall, extremely dirty and would never go back or recommend it for anyone I know or don’t know. This doesn’t even qualify as a 1 star hotel.

The room 2 that we were given was on the 0 floor. It was really noisy and with the bad AC. Charger ports were really old and the room wasn’t clean at all. The stuff was super unfriendly and even tho they provide free breakfast, the staff just went out!!! of the hotel for half an hour, so we couldn’t even have tea/coffee because coffee machines were in the bar he was responsible for. All in all, strongly do not recommend this place! If you want to save your money, do not choose this 2 star hotel

In realtà con una svecchiata non sarebbe neanche male ma ci sono dei punti decisamente a sfavore della struttura: le camere sono vecchie ma è un 2 stelle, nessuno si aspetta granché, anzi il letto era anche comodo ma il pavimento è decisamente logorato. Essendo praticamente al piano strada non si può rimanere con le finestre aperte ed è necessaria l'aria condizionata, impianto esistente e che funziona bene ma che deve essere acceso praticamente su richiesta e durante una heat wave a Milano ci vorrebbe la cortesia di non aspettare che si chieda di accendere l'aria, è un servizio che viene pagato e deve essere disponibile sempre. Le camere inoltre non sono insonorizzate che andrebbe anche bene se non il personale non urlasse costantemente da una parte all'altra dell'hotel. Ho messo due stelle perché tutto sommato lo staff è gentile ma questo posto andrebbe gestito meglio.

La struttura non si presenta male, ma purtroppo,perlomeno la stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato, era in pessime condizioni, letti scomodissimi, credo che quei materassi abbiano secoli, bagno deludente, phon che non funzionava bene con lo schocht, da dimenticare mi dispiace dirlo, potrebbe fare di più!!

L'hotel si presenta bene, davvero carino nella hall ed ingresso in generale. Il personale disponibile ed ottima la loro presenza h24. La camera era stretta ma funzionale per il prezzo e il pernottamento di una sola notte. Unica pecca: la persiana rotta della finestra ed una macchia di muffa in un angolo dell'ingresso.
