Hotel Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit
Zimmer waren groß, modern eingerichtet und vorallem sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, Betten gemacht. Allerdings gab es kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer.
Man kommt überall sehr gut hin von dort, sehr gute Ausgangsposition. Leider nur etwas laut, da das Hotel mitten drin liegt. Der das Miami leben sehen will muss unbedingt dahin

Called @7am asked for early check in - was told not a problem - sure enough it was when I got there , then on top of that the room smelled really bad and was told sold out can’t help - well the night manger asked to come to my room and he smelled it and shrugged his shoulders - attention to detail and lack of communication is not in there wheel house - and the restaurant- don’t bother unless you want cold food and a long wait

The building looked nice. The Deluxe room 107 was awful! It was extremely dark, we had no views and one window was frosted over and the other was covered by the headboard so you could not open the blinds. It also looked onto a dirty alleyway when I did attempt to look through the blinds. We had a very noisy generator or air conditioning unit outside the window which was extremely noisy and woke us up during the night. It was also difficult to get to the entrance to the hotel as it was so noisy and busy with food being served at the entrance terrace and staff standing on entrance stairs.

When we walked in - I first noticed part of a weave laying in the floor. (It stayed through the evening). Our room was on the back of the elevator which was used through the night. (It was likely built in the 30s with the building- super loud) Street is very loud/busy so if you’re looking for a peaceful/quiet sleep this is not the place. Pics on listing are extremely inaccurate. Whoever handles their marketing is a genius.

If you are expecting a private quiet stay, it is not for you. If you are expecting a cheap, just sleeping room, it will work with the price.

Not accommodating at all. Room stunk like cleaner and the windows wouldn’t open. Didn’t offer a solution at all. Frankly rude about it. Charged me atleast 60$ extra phantom charges. Couldn’t check in until after 4.
Total rip off. Didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

There was an old blood stain on my sheets, should’ve been caught when they made the bed…….I only stayed one night and was too tired to worry about it when I crawled into bed late at night. It was a king bed and I was by myself so I just slept on the other side.
