We would stay again here but not on the bottom floor. We were right by the pump room that ran a couple times a night and then the cleaner started cleaning the lobby/ common are floors at 5:45. Needless to say ground floor is noisy. Also beds are hard as rock. But there was hot water and the little alley was neat!

It has a perfect location, The only thing is that there is a lot of noise in the surroundings and the elevator sounds a lot in the rooms...

Great location. Been staying here regularly since 1996. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms nicely renovated since my last stay. Perfect budget accommodation.

What can I say about this hotel. It was perfect for the price you pay. It’s also close to a lot of historical locations. For a one night stay, hotel Juárez does the job. I wouldn’t stay for multiple days though.

Great value hotel centrally located in historic centre and short cab ride from the main airport.
Free water and cleaning every day
Beds are rock hard and walls are thin so you can hear people in next room but otherwise a great stay, lovely staff

Clean room, friendly staff. We switched rooms as we had a room ( with window) on the front side, the techno music played till 3am on Friday. Asked for a different room which was no problem and got a room that was quiet ( no window).

I found it to be a clean and tidy place, it is not luxurious but for its price it is very good, it has everything close by, the only bad thing is the hallway where it is located is dirty, smells bad and is scary but it is a bit short

The alley street to access the hotel is very dirty. Pillows are hard and shower towels are as small as they can be
