Don Jacinto Stay&Sip

It’s overall a great place! Very nicely decorated, clean and confortable. Great location! The only downside is that the walls and doors are thin so you’ll hear anyone in the kitchen or corridor (it wasn’t bothering or noisy though) and everyone outside can hear what you’re doing in your room. I would stay there again for sure! Highly recommend it!

I will say that the images provided for this property make me consider that they have other properties with the same name and a variant location. The licha room was very much like the description. However, some of the property images made me feel that this location had a larger lobby area, and also somewhat lower level area to roam. This is not the case, and I will warn anyone who has heavy luggage that this property does not have an elevator. Keep this in mind. The property is conveniently located to nice restaurants, the Chapultepec metro station, and it is a safe area to roam. Although the property was clean, and the hospitality did keep in touch through Whatsapp text, the only disappointment I have had is that I had paid for this property ahead of time through *******. The lady when I got there took my card and perhaps with a bit of language barrier didn't inform me that she was charging me again for both nights! I believed that she was just putting hold on card, but learned once I got home I got double charged!

This was an amazing place! Close in proximity to delicious restaurants and bars. The apartment style room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Alexa is wonderful at making sure we were taken care of. Will stay here again. The only complaint was the elevator was out of order. And apparently it’s been out of order for a while. We were on the 5th floor and one with challenged movement will have a hard time with the stairs.

Smooth check in and check out process. Located perfectly, we were able to walk everywhere. Will recommend to all my friends and family that want to travel to CDMX.

-No A/C -Lumpy pillows -Rude in-person host, whatsapp.host is courteous -Loud: discussions from neighbor room felt like it was inside mine -Loud: jerry brakes from trucks afar are heard inside the room at night. -when people smoke outside, smoke gets into room and it stinks. -dark bathroom, romantic lighting in wc is not easy to shave with (or apply make-up I would guess) -if you are carrying heavy bags you must climb upstairs, front door opens to stairs.. Visually the room looks nice so vusually it would seem amazing but I had no rest. Sorry just being honest

It's a unique property. Small cramped up rooms. small hallway. Small bathroom. No air conditioning. Water heater Erratic, hard to control hot and cold water. Either it's too hot or too cold. Staff not friendly. Mostly communicating through what's app.

We loved staying here! The room was comfortable, staff was very responsive, and the hotel is located in a great neighborhood.

I had a lovely stay at Don Jacinto. It had a very bed and breakfast feel to it. A lot more warmth and character than a hotel. I am very sensitive to chemicals and did not have any issues with that during my stay. The bed was super comfortable, the room was night and dark, and it was a very quiet neighborhood. They also use double filtered water so I felt very safe to drink the water that was provided with no ill effects. Lots of great restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend!
