This is a cool venue if you are not looking for hotel restaurant and lobby vibe. Each room is large like an apartment style with a kitchen, small living room, bath and bedroom. I was there for a long event and it felt very homey.

The place looks really nice and in a great location. The down sides are the windows are not sound proof so even on the 10th floor you still hear a lot of road noise. The water pressure is also very poor and not enough to support the rain shower head, but then also don’t have a normal shower head option. The sewage smells fills up the room constantly. The door has a big gap at the top which lets the cold air in and the air conditioner’s heater function is disabled so the apartment is constantly freezing since we’re here in December.

Easy check in procedures. The hotel had everything I needed. Free laundry and soap was very helpful. I used the foosball and ping pong tables on the rooftop. Easy to connect my ipad to the TV. AC worked well. The place was generally very clean except the floor looked clean but wasn't very (!). My daughter is crawling and her knees and feet got quite dirty after crawling around the floor. But otherwise, it was great to have some basic dishes and fridge/microwave.

I really like the fact that everything is close, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The hotel has an app where it is easy to communicate with the staff.

I liked how accesible it was to many places around that area. For instance, the metro and transportation. Being able to find places to eat and have pharmacies in case. I wasn’t sure if you could request cleaning while being out. Other than that, had access to the wifi and tv. Air conditioning was nice and the bed was great.

I loved living in an apt versus a hotel room. It was spacious with a nice view (12th floor). Since it was a very new property, everything was clean. Transportation is very close (bus, train) but Didi is affordable and the drivers come within 5 minutes. Next door is a hospital with a heli pad. We heard a helicopter only 3 times within one week.

Great, comfortable stay! Staff is so friendly, great amenities in the hotel. Rooms are so spacious and clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely book here again!
