Amazing hotel, great staff, great breakfast. Rooms were cleaned very well. Beds were extremely comfortable - I could sleep in it all day. Staff immediately responded to any calls I made to reception desk. Security was great. Dinners we had there were amazing, and dietary restrictions were taken care of very well. This hotel was one of the best highlights of having our company retreat in Mexico city!

We had the most epic company off-site at Hotel Volga. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was so comfortable (I appreciated the welcome drink and dessert!) and the food at the restaurant was spectacular. Great location in CDMX too. Definitely would recommend!

Hotel Volga was a beautiful, luxury hotel that I enjoyed staying in! The showers were huge, and beds were very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, and check-in process was smooth. The food was delicious, and the hotel was easy to navigate.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Volga for a company retreat and my stay was absolutely wonderful. From the beautiful and well stocked room, to the deliciously decadent food, to the gorgeous rooftop, to the thoughtful and attentive staff - my stay was a 10/10. It was also very conveniently located with lots of great things to do in walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to be able to visit again in the near future! You will not be disappointed staying here. Lastly, we were a group of about 30, and they did a wonderful job accommodating us all! Highly recommend for retreats.

Terrible! The staff at the front desk were very disorganized and forgetful. Be cautious as they will try to write your credit card number and security code on paper rather than putting it through a secure system. They changed the price of their excursion fees after we got back and tried to charge us more. Additionally, there was no running water and we had to change hotels mid trip. The hotel reassured us that we would be reimbursed for the nights that we did not stay there and we have yet to receive reimbursement (it’s been three months!).

Mixed feelings. Stayed here for work due to convenient location in Reforma. I liked the cool design. Breakfast, which was included in the rate, was amongst the best breakfast I’ve had on my recent hotel stays - the quality was great and the long list of options meant you wouldn’t get bored even if staying for a week. The rooftop is a nice place for chilling. The location is good, with neighboring Roma having tons of cool restaurants and cafes. The downsides: due to the hotel’s “cenote-like” design, almost all of the rooms face the interior and are very dark. Also, you can hear the music from the restaurant (which is at the bottom of the “cenote”) late into the evening. Service was a bit lacking - we’ve asked about restaurant reservations and no one got back to us. Asked for more water - same.

I had pre-paid for 5 nights (Feb 15-19th 2024) and in the early morning of day 3 the hotel ran out of water. All guests had to vacate and relocate to another hotel because it was not possible to shower, flush toilet, etc, and the hotel staff had no water to cook/clean. We were promised that we'd be reimbursed within 10 business days for our stay, however nearly 2 months later I have not received a refund. Further, the hotel will not respond to any of my emails. They are completely silent. My credit card company has launched an investigation and the hotel is not responding to them either. I hope the hotel will see this post and do the right thing and reimburse me ASAP. I'm attaching the only proof I have from FERNANDA GUERRERO, the front desk manager, confirming that I would be reimbursed.

The worst place if you need to work in CDMX. Been waiting for room service for more than 1 hour twice in a week. There was a film shoot and an influencer event happening without prior warning and we were not able to rest due to the noise. Once you have a coffee from the in-room Nespresso, it‘s not re-stacked. Been to a few places, but this stay was a real nigh**are.
