Wonderfully designed hotel, with very warm and respectful staff. The pictures advertising this hotel faithfully reflect reality. Everything is so clean and modern as they show in their website. I went during low season, so there were very few guests and still ALL services were fully functional, unlike other hotels in the area. Kudos for keeping high standards even when the hotel was almost empty! I had both heated pools (indoor and outdoor) all to myself till the evening, and I loved it!

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint is that the quality of dinner service did not match the level I’d expect of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is great. This year, the water of the swimming pool was wonderful. Breakfast is really premium. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The staff is very friendly. Parking is in a garage velos the property. Wifi is very good .It is worth going!!!!

We had a great time here, staff was helpful, room comfy and clean, great shower, breakfast very good, coffee could be better but you have a nespresso in the room too, spa was excellent and not very expensive, the warm pool was great to relax after getting a massage and the bar had fair prices. You do have to reserve a parking spot but they offer you parking in the ****** next to the hotel if they’re full, i left my car by the curb anyway it seemed pretty safe. Would totally recommend

La atención del personal es excelente, las habitaciones amplias, las camas muy confortables. El desayuno es variado y de calidad. Solicitamos una cuna y nos la subieron en pocos minutos. En cuanto al restaurante y bar del hotel me pareció razonable el precio y calidad. Le bajo un punto por qué las toallas de la pileta parecen muy desgastadas, y la alfombra de la habitación estaba bastante manchada. Algo para revisar es la temperatura del playroom estaba muy frío para niños pequeños.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es una plaza relativamente nueva y muy cómoda, las habitaciones son espaciosas y bien decoradas (seria ideal sumar desempañadores en los espejos del baño y renovar los TV que no son smart, por lo que no podes acceder a los servicios de streaming etc..). La señal y el servicio de WIFI en todo el hotel es EXCELENTE! El personal es muy cálido y amable en todas las posiciones y hacen un muy buen trabajo (mejoran mucho tu estadía). Un punto a mejorar es el spa, los servicios e instalaciones son algo limitadas. El desayuno bueno y bastante variado. Lo mismo que el restaurante y su carta. Lo recomiendo sinceramente.

Súper bonito, muy bueno el desayuno, la limpieza, las comodidad y la ubicación. A pasos del ****** y a 15 minutos de las montañas. Tienen todo lo que necesitan a mano, restaurantes, tiendas, ferias, heladerías, salones de juegos, todo lo que busquen a pasos del hotel.

Excelente atención y servicios brindados, muy completos, con la excepción del servicio de masajes. Desayuno muy completo y variado, con horario extendido Gimnasio con aparatos de excelente calidad Personal muy capacitado.
