A simple room which could be improved with better lighting. A decent size with a table and chair. The bathroom was adequate and yes the shower needs to run to warm up. Merida is a lovely place with lots to see and do. Lots of restaurants and one I enjoyed was La Mafia, if you like Italian food. There’s also the Temple of Diana and the river with a beautiful old bridge for a pleasant stroll, all very picturesque. Breakfast was average but adequate. I’d stay here again as it was a budget option and it was very convenient as I was on the Via de la Plata pilgrimage.

Encantados con el hotel. Silencioso, limpio, el personal está siempre que lo necesitas y notas como se preocupan de que estemos agusto. La ubicación estupenda, muy cerca de todo. En recepción te explican detalladamente las opciones turísticas zona de restaurantes,... Desayuno abundante y de calidad y los detalles como dejar un calentador en el baño para el bebé, la cuna, en fin, lo recomendaremos y ojalá podamos repetir

El bufet normalito, las habitaciones un poco viejitas pero bien conservadas, buena limpieza, buena ubicación, silencioso y parking en el mismo hotel, cercano a todo lo importante, el personal muy atento y amable

La habitación amplia en la cuarta planta, pero con un ruido infernal de máquinas desde arriba que impide descansar y dormir. El secador de pelo, además, no funciona. Tiene cafetería, pero esta cerrada. Tiene parking, pero está lleno. Sólo pido que si ofertan servicios tienen que estar disponibles siempre. No creo que vuelva.

Para nosotros el mejor hotel calidad precio de la ciudad. Llevamos yendo muchísimos años . El personal es muy amable. Cuenta con ascensor, nevera y parking. Desayuno correcto. Muy cerca del centro y del teatro Romano. Volveremos siempre que volvamos a la ciudad

La señora que está en recepción es bastante callada. Llegamos entregamos los DNI los dio la habitación no nos explicó nada del desayuno, sabiendo que lo tenemos incluido pues le ponía en el papel. No se no me pareció correcto . El hotel está muy céntrico de todo. La cama es cómoda pero la almohada es bastante dura. El parking del hotel estaba lleno. El desayuno está bien hay variedad de embutido, de bollería.. El café estaba muy bueno.

100% Recomendable por la situacion y personal amable en todo lo que necesitamos Solo estuve en regimen de solo alojamiento por eso no puedo valorar restaturante pero mi consejo es acudir a una cafeteria con terraza a 8 minutos andando que por 7,20 euros desayunamos los tres los tres dias

Excelente localização e pessoal muito simpático! A limpeza é impecável em todas as instalações e o café da manhã tem variadas opções. O hotel só perdeu uma estrela porque a decoração merece ser atualizada, o piso do banheiro estava bem danificado e a iluminação do quarto era ruim. No mais, foi uma excelente hospedagem :)

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del teatro, la cama es cómoda. Lo único que mejoraría es la amabilidad del recepcionista, que ha resultado bastante borde, le pedimos asesoramiento y nos mandó a la oficina de turismo, que menos que alguna recomendación
