Este hotel não merece as 4 estrelas que tem. Quartos barulhentos e antiquados, ar condicionado que não funciona, e a maioria dos funcionários são rudes e sem vontade de ajudar ou sequer falar connosco. No entanto, o pior do hotel é sem dúvida a comida. Fomos com HB e todos os dias o jantar servido era praticamente o mesmo - mesmas saladas, mesmas entradas, mesmos pratos quentes (na sua maioria croquetes e panados). Adorava conhecer o “Chef” que apresenta um serviço destes. No restaurante não servem café, somos obrigados a ir ao bar e além do café não ser digno de 1,90€ (praticamente é água suja de café) ainda apresentam-nos a conta assim que levam o café à mesa, sem nos darem tempo de decidirmos se queremos mais alguma coisa. Não recomendo a estadia neste hotel, tirando a simpatia de algumas funcionárias do restaurante (uma senhora chamada Jéssica, penso eu, e que era bastante simpática), o restante não vale a pena.

Gehen Sie nicht hier für einen ruhigen, entspannenden Urlaub. Live Disco beginnt jeden Tag um 2 Uhr, 12 am Samstag, und setzt bis 8 Uhr fort. Wir sind nicht sehr mobil, so haben wir eine Pool-View Suite gewählt, so dass wir in der Nähe von Sonnenbädern um den Pool und nicht weit für uns, zurück zu unserem Toilettenzimmer etc. Der Pool ist voll umgeben von Cabanas, die Ihnen einen zusätzlichen 45 Euro pro Tag kosten wird. Das Hotel ist bekannt als Arena Beach Club und steht allen von außen offen. Wir kamen zu einer Hühnchenparty in voller Schwung. Die Pool-View-Zimmer sind alle in einem schlechten Zustand (wie von Wartung ausgestellt) als wir sie für Air Con, die kam, während wir schliefen, herauszuholen. Ich wache auf einem furchtbaren Raketen. Air con ist auf einem Zeitschalter so kann man nicht in der Tageszeit verwenden, wenn man die Suite nutzen möchte. Die Schiebetür war extrem schwer für mich, zu schleifen offen und der Duscheknopf konnte ich einfach nicht umdrehen, um die Oberschuhe zu bekommen. Es ist ein sehr bevölkerter Entspannungsbereich für ein großes Hotel. Die Sonnenbetten sind alle sehr naheeinander und sind falsch positioniert, um irgendeinen Schatten aus den Schatten zu erhalten. Wenn Sie Glück haben, eine intakte zu erhalten. Wenn Sie Ihren Kleider aufsetzen, setzen Sie jemand anderes in den Schatten. Auch sie sind auf feinen Grab unmöglich zu gehen mit einfachen Füßen oder Flip-Flops, brauchen solide Schuhe Aber es ist der Lärm, der dieses Hotel untragbar macht. 6 Stunden nicht aufhalten Disco ist zu viel. Plus Seite, die Betten sind komfortabel und Wasser wirklich heiß. Wir bewegten Zimmer und der Luftkon war gut und NICHT zeitgemäß. Türen wurden leicht geöffnet. Nicht viel Speicherplatz in jedem Zimmer, obwohl sie eine gute Größe und sehr wenige Plug-Sockets waren. Keine auf einer Seite des Betts. Eine hinter dem Set und eine durch Tauchen. Die Dusche in dem neuen Zimmer war auch für das Zimmer geöffnet. Sehr seltsam
