+ Die Anlage hat eine sehr schöne Architektur und viel Grün + Direkt am Meer + Glasklares Wasser, Kinderfreundlich flach und sandig, durch die Felsen am Rand sehr gut zum Schnorcheln + Sehr gute Tauschschule auf dem Gelände. Wunderschöne Tauchspots. + Verleih von Tretbooten und Standup-Paddling + Bushaltestelle und Autovermietung direkt vor der Tür + Ein paar schöne Restaurants in Laufweite (z.B. Okapi, La Franola) + Meistens sehr nettes Personal Aber - Mangelhafte Reinigung der Zimmer (trotz Trinkgeld). Mülleimerdeckel wurden mehrmals auf dem Esstisch liegen gelassen, die Duschwand aus Glas wurde kaum gereinigt und war fleckig, der Boden wurde kaum gefegt und war sandig, ... - Im Zimmer war ein Lichtschalter kaputt, der Kühlschrank ging zur falschen Seite auf, die Fernbedienung für Licht und Ventilator wirkte auch im Nachbar-Appartement und musste getauscht werden. - Die "vollausgestattete" Küche ist unzureichend bestückt: Für 4 Personen gibt es 4 Gabeln, 4 Messer, 4 Löffel, 4 Tassen usw. Ein Teller oder ein Löffel mehr um Essen anzurichten war nicht drin. Es fehlt außerdem an essentiellem Gerät: z.B. kein Gemüseschäler, kein Pfannenwender oder Kochlöffel für die beschichtete(!) Pfanne. - In der Hotelanlage lag Müll teilweise tagelang rum. Plastikverpackungen am Pool (nach drei Tagen habe ich sie weggeräumt), Sonnenschirme in den Hecken, Vogelkot auf den Pool-Liegen, ... - Mehrere Pool-Liegen waren kaputt - Am Frühstücks-Buffet fand ich jeden Tag unsaubere und stark verkalkte Gläser - Das Wasser am Buffet scheint aus dem Hahn zu kommen und ist stark gechlort - Der "Kaffee" aus dem Kaffee-Vollautomaten schmeckte moderig (zum Glück hat die Beach Bar morgens schon offen. Da kann man richtigen Kaffee kaufen) - Für den Zimmer-Safe erlaubt sich das Hotel ein Gebühr von 40 €(!) für zwei Wochen. Das finde ich bei den hohen Zimmerpreisen völlig unpassend. - In der Anlage und in den Zimmern wimmelt es von Schnaken. Moskitonetze sucht man aber vergebens. Ohne so einen Mückenstecker ging es nachts gar nicht - Die Restaurants auf dem Gelände sind wenig überzeugend - Der Supermarkt ist auch nur mittelmäßig u.a. fand sich öfters schimmeliges Obst - Direkt vor einem Appartement (Nr. 126?) und dem Pool ist ein Gully aus dem es nach Abwasser riecht. Fazit: Man kann dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, wenn man bereit ist über viele Schwächen hinwegzusehen. Jedenfalls ist es viel zu teuer für die gebotene Qualität.

We had to leave this place, and cut our holiday short, due to being badly bitten by insects and bugs! The state of the apartment was appalling. Rusty mirror, dirty and cracked floors and sink, grubby furniture etc... Bird faeces all over the balcony, which the inadequate, useless cleaners just laughed at. Avoid at all costs!

Swimming pools are great (lifeguard at 2 of them), clean apartments but supermarket is expensive. Wouldn’t recommend with young children. Beach is lovely though. Evening entertainment is rubbish/none.

it is a great place , next to the very nice and long beach . There are great restaurants around incl a supermarket. There is also a great walk ariund the cliff with nice views. It s a pity that people are making lots of noise in the beach during some nights.

Beautiful place to stay, 3 pools, not overly busy. Basic rooms but spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was amazing, such good quality and a lot of choice. Beach right next to you. Would advise to get a car.

The bad: it’s a bit worn in parts and needs some general upkeep in places. The evening buffet, although a great choice was Luke warm and we had it straight away when it opened. The safe box in the room was 3 euros a day, this should be included as standard. The food at the grill place next door was rubbish and the service was painfully slow. The other restaurant was great service and lovely hot food but closed in the afternoon so option for dinner. No hanging/clothes horse for clothes especially when they have a laundrette on site. the fully stocked kitchenette isn’t such, you can just about do toast and pasta on the hob. Needs some more cooking utensils and small plates for children. The Good: This is a great place for young children. We have a two year old and the splash park and the pools were ideal for her age being so shallow. The beach is 3 secs away. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile when we had a problem with our hire car booking. There is a car park for hire cars. Very quiet in our bit, mainly families with very children. Ceiling fans were surprisingly good as we were concerned about not having AC but quite tricky to work out. Easy access to the rest of the island and very near Fornells which is great little harbour for food and a few boutique shops. Supermarket is next door (although a bit pricey!) but handy for the odd bits and very well stocked with both food and children’s toys. Bus stop right outside. Under shade playground for younger children. If you want a basic family holiday that won’t break the bank this place is ideal. It’s definitely not luxury but it served us really well as a base and if you have children under the age of 5 I would recommend. PS there is a kids club but we didn’t use it so can’t comment.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and exactly what we were expecting (which is a good thing!), and breakfast buffet had loads of options. Pools were great and beach nearby is lovely, probably one of our favourites on the island. The only thing that took the shine off things is that once we checked out we were told we couldn't use the showers in reception and would have to use splash park which would cost.. pretty annoying considering we'd been there for a week and it's was our third visit

The site is in need of refurbishment. We had a number of issues with our apartment (all be these were rectified with out delay) but if house cleaning had reported the issues as they are attending the rooms these issued would have been sorted before the rooms were re-let) The rooms a very basic. With stone slab shelving and an open stone slab hanging space with 8 hangers. No mirrors in either of the rooms for the ladies to put on makeup etc. We had a very steep turning set of stairs that may be difficult to negotiate if you have mobility issues or for children running up and down. With 3 uneven stone slabs making up a set of steps up into the apartments, again if you had mobility issues could find difficult and unsafe. The room are fitted with shutters outside but sadly on one of the rooms they where difficult to close. Leaving a very dangerous fall hazard if a child was to stand on the bed as our little one did. Which made me shudder The restraunt was good value for money in the area of the hotel. As there isn't many restaurants in the surrounding area. All the staff I found to be polite and attentive and lovely with children. Around the site there was some wooden steak fencing that I found to be unsafe as they where loose and some had nails protruding through. And children where swinging and climbimg on them, an accident waiting to happen. The site had 4 pools and a water park which kept the children occupied. But again in need of some attention. During our stay there wasn't any evening entertainment in the evening but it was early in the season so that may change. Overall our stay was happy and we enjoyed our stay. Would I return to these apartments I don't think I would.
