I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the bike rental service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka.

Location wise is tip top nearby jonker street, service is really good and attentive especially breakfast, it was ala carte and delicious. Hotel beautifully decorated with babanyonya style. Room are little outdated, old tv, no socket beside bed, small hair dryer, non sensitive door handle. With the price we paid we could get better quality of facilities tho, narrow gym & swimming pool. However, TQ to everyone in the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating

Every time I visit Melaka, holiday inn is always one of my favorite options, because it’s cleanness and convenient to everywhere. This time, I heard the hotel has done some renovations, so my family booked two connecting rooms with sea view. We had our dinner outside the hotel, but we decided to check the hotel restaurant and see what else we can try after a long walk back to hotel. Surprisingly, the food is great. And the price is also very reasonable. BTW. Parking is also very convenient.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und meine Kinder mögen es. Personal an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In Bezug auf die Lage ist das Hotel von Mart, Mall und all den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie A Famosa umgeben. Habe meine Übungen im Fitnessstudio gemacht und das Essen im Hotel genieße. Das Essen war köstlich und meine Kinder lieben es. Sicherlich werde ich wiederkommen.

Das Front Desk-Personal ist freundlich und willkommen, wenn wir mit einem Komplimentar-Cookies eingecheckt wurden, als wir ins Zimmer kamen wir bemerkt, dass das Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert, wir lassen die Hausaufbewahrung und sie wechselten unverzüglich ein neues Kühlschrank für uns. das Zimmer war Schön und geräumig die Lichter funktionieren gut aber das Sofa ein wenig alt ed steinig.Der Körperschaum, das sie bieten, kann wahrscheinlich nur einen Tag dauern und Sie müssen die Hauspflege fragen, es füllen, wenn Sie mehr als einen Tag bleiben. Das Frühstück ist großartig Wir konnten einen sauberen Tisch bekommen und mussten den Kellner bitten, den Tisch für uns zu reinigen, bevor wir gehen und das Essen bekommen. Insgesamt lieben wir das Bett die weiche Kuchen und es war ein guter Aufenthalt .

Das Hotel hat eine sehr traditionelle Einrichtung und die Zimmer sind groß. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war aufgrund der Coronavirus-Beschränkungen ein festes Menü und kein Buffet und nicht gut. Zumindest nicht wie auf der Speisekarte beschrieben und der Service ziemlich langsam, obwohl nur eine andere Gruppe übernachtet. Am 2. Tag haben wir uns nicht um das Frühstück gekümmert und sind essen gegangen. Wenn die Dinge wieder normal sind, kann der Frühstücksservice wahrscheinlich besser sein, da alles andere sehr gut war. In der Zwischenzeit würde ich vorschlagen, Zimmer ohne Frühstück zu nehmen.

Sofort, als ich mich anmeldete, war das, was mir herauskam, wie freundlich das Personal ist. Sie haben uns in unsere Zimmer sortiert und waren sehr enthusiastisch, als wir über Landmarks um die Stadt fragten. Umstandhafte Lage, es war auch großartig. Sehr nahe der Jonker Street und den Melaka-Museen. Viele authentische und ältere Geschäfte in Fußabstand auch. Es ist eine große Einführung in die Stadt. Was die Zimmer betrifft, ist es nicht super-Fantasie, sondern immer noch sehr komfortabel. Keine Beschwerden hier. Es war eine gute Wahl.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, gerade im Jonker-Wandern, es ist alles unten, was man kauft und was man essen kann, aber zum ersten Mal im Aufenthalt, der Elektrabel ist kaputt, und ich muss den Gepäckkasten zum dritten Stock nehmen, falls man 😔😔 Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und sehr schlank, obwohl es der neue Besitzer übernimmt, aber die Hoteleinrichtungen sind schon sehr alt. Es gibt einen offenen Parkplatz hinter dem Parkplatz, aber wenn Sie übernachten müssen Sie RM20 zahlen, aber Sie können freiwillig in den Parkplatz gehen.

We arrived at this hotel at about 2.30p.m. and we tried our luck to check in earlier than 3p.m.. Guess what~ we were allowed to check in at 2.35p.m. since the room was ready! This hotel is just about 15 minute walk from the jonker street, which means it is neither secluded nor crowded. Some famous restaurants and attractions are just within walking distance e.g. the Ban Lee Siang restauran (satay celup) is just 3 min walking distance from the hotel itself. If you dislike walking or you are travelling with family members, then maybe this hotel isn't good enough for you, otherwise it is just great for you to exercise a bit. And we were enjoying the street view and the building while walking from one destination to the next. The hotel environment was clean and it always smell good. The lighting was great and basic amenities were in good condition. Room was clean and in good condition (just the bathroom door lock was a bit loosen). Overall, it is good.

It's a pretty big hotel I was quite surprised as we walked in it was very spacious and the garden inside was really beautiful. Das Hotel war viel größer als wir erwartet hatten. Es ist ein wirklich schöner Ort, versteckt in der schönen Stadt Melaka. Die Lobby ist schön gestaltet, aber das Gefrierfach und das ganze Hotel schien in einer Art Parfüm gedämpft, was mich ein bisschen schwindlig machte. Unser Zimmer hatte den seltsamsten Geruch - aber ich denke, es war vorsätzlich ...as obwohl sie es wie das gefüttert hatten, dass zu Zwecken ...wie fettige Hahn. Das Zimmer war wirklich schön und der kleine Patio ist ein schöner Touch. Wir informierten das Büro, dass wir um 12:50 Uhr auschecken. Aber immer noch, der gleiche Konzern rief uns um 12 Uhr, wartete auf uns, um auschecken zu können. Wir wurden auch kaum bei dem Eintritt ins Hotel begrüßt. Wunderbar. Wenn alles vorbereitet ist, bin ich sicher, dass es ein schöner Ort sein wird. Ich wünsche mir, dass die Pflanzen wirklich waren. Sie sind alle Kunststoff und es zeigt, leider. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur um die Ecke von China Town und Junkers Walk. Ich denke, es ist ein anständiger Ort, für eine Nacht oder zwei zu bleiben.

Stayed here for two nights. It has a great location close to Jonker Walk, but a little away from it so it's pretty quiet. The room itself is fine, on the functional side and comfortable enough. It was, on reflection, quite pricey for what it was, but did the job. On the plus side was a genuine King Bed, an effective AC unit and a mini fridge (sadly not as common in other Malaysian hotels as I'd hoped). The shower and bathroom were decent. Very steep stairs climbing up to the room, not easy to manhandle a heavy suitcase. Location is a 5 min walk from Casa Del Rio - if you're coming to/from Singapore, many coaches drop/collect from Casa Del Rio negating a need to go to Melaka Sentral. One thing to note about Melaka - finding places open for breakfast is quite difficult. This hotel didn't appear to have a breakfast option, and most cafes don't open till 10am. There are a couple open earlier, but they're not obvious.

It's really a home away from home for my husband and I. We love how the staff responded to our queries and always cheerful! The restored building is beautifully done and Wonderfully decorated. Our room has all that we require and even free drinks and snacks were provided. The breakfast was more than sufficient and so delicious! it's a great hotel to explore the historic district of Melaka. My only peeve is that the fitted light's tassel I. the bathroom gets caught in the hair dryer when I use it! The dryer's cord is not long enough and the light blocks the mirror! thankfully I didn't damage the light nor the hair dryer :) We will definitely return to stay!

Fernseher mit guten Kanälen. Gratis-WLAN. Einfache Ein- und Auschecken. Viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten Glück, unser Zimmer zu einem Preis zu verkaufen, weil COVID.
