Not cleaning, toilet have a smely

No hair dryer and the electricity is not stable. No common area for eating my birthday cake or any special for birthday. Needless to say, the television is full of snow flower. Yet, the location is excellent within 40 mins to the international airport. 

First, they put us in the smoking room, when we asked for a non-smoking room and they didn't want to move us. Second, the toilet is so dirty and the soap container is empty. Not recommend.

Overall is ok, but is just a little dim in the room🙌

Our 2 nites stay was comfortable. Fluffy pillow and great bed. Buffet breakfast on Sat morning was great but it was not that good on Sunday morning. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

bad ... facilities terrible.. however the parking motor guys deserve a pay raise he is goood

Overall still acceptable but Air-con not working well.controllers are having issue.

The kettle didn't work well, but the room was nice.

The main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window. Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal. Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money.

Bed Linens and towels were not clean. Lack of coldness in the air-conditioning.

Staff hotel ramah. Kamar hotel bersih. Lampu hotel kurang terang.

All over all semua ok, parkiran sempit
