Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel. Wir waren stets zufrieden bis auf diesmal: unser gebuchtes Zimmer befand sich genau unter den Karaoke Räumen. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken in dieser eh schon sehr kurzen Nacht. Wir mussten um 4 Uhr (am) das Hotel verlassen und bis kurz nach 2 Uhr sangen die Gäste um die Wette. Sehr nervig und anstrengend. Auch gab es diesmal kein early breakfast wie zur Ramadanzeit, zu diesem Zeitpunkt konnten wir bereits ab 3 Uhr frühstücken. Diesmal war es erst ab 4 Uhr möglich. Eine Frühstücksbox gab es nicht für die früh abreisenden Gäste. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht hatten. Unser Timmer gefiel uns diesmal ebenfalls nicht so gut, es roch ziemlich nach Zigaretten obwohl wir ein Nichtraucherzimmer bestellten. Wir hoffen beim nächsten Mal ist wieder als wie gewohnt.

Riesiges Hotel mit riesigem Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Fitnessstudio, Dachrestaurant und vielem mehr. Der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Flughafen war eine nette Geste. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich etwas in der Nähe des Flughafens brauche.

Ich war in den letzten Jahren einige Male in diesem Motel und fand, dass es ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Das Personal ist höflich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Der Shuttle-Bus-Abholservice für die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen ist sehr praktisch. Insgesamt ein guter Ort für einen Aufenthalt von 1 oder 2 Nächten.

Location is good for transfers in jakarta soekarno hatta airport. Cleanliness can be improved. Our airport transfer driver was courteous and his service was excellent.

The facilities are more than you would expect. The staff friendly and helpful. If you are a non smoker request a room not near the smoking rooms as the smell drifts into your room.

An amazing hotel with super attentive staff. I’d recommend staying here especially when you’re flying off somewhere out from the nearby airport

Im pleased during my short stay. Hotel is clean, service are good. Staff are helpful and courteous with their greetings and sincere smile. I like their free shuttle service to the airport. Facilities are almost complete with swimming pool, gym, billiards and welness spa plus their unique Durian resto. There is only one glitch that happened in the Rimba Durian resto that the staff have forgotten to placed our food orders, we have waited for 1&1/2 hours until we sense something not right.. staff have asked for apology..but honestly my excitement to have try their local cuisine melts off.. But generally, rating still all good for me.❤️.

My always favorite hotel to stay if I am in Jakarta for transit. They offer pick up / drop off to the hotel. The staff is very friendly and Super helpful. They always make sure that you are comfortable weather with the room or other things. Gym is fantastic, Sauna, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, ice bath. Everything you need they have. Very recommended :)

This hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone needing a comfortable stay near the airport. The rooms are spotless, the staff is incredibly accommodating, and the location is super convenient. Their shuttle service is prompt, making transit stress-free. Breakfast is satisfying, with enough variety to start your day right. Highly recommended for layovers or early flights!

Nice location and good for catching morning flight Service was good and most staff are friendly and helpful Close to airport and shuttle bus for free swimming pool and food are nice But.. the room was soooooooooo far away and they gave me a room 274 which is at the end of a 200meter corridor and turn left at the very end, most importantly without clear signage of where the room is, had to walk back and forth for 400meters before finally reaching my room

Use WhatsApp to manage the shuttle service from airport to hotel. Concierge and front desk impressed me by their passion to deal with issue. Pizza and pasta are delicious, buffet breakfast with many choices exceed my expectation.

I recently stayed at this hotel near the airport and was extremely disappointed. As a frequent guest of 4 and 5-star hotels, I expected much higher standards. Here’s a breakdown of my experience: •Unpleasant Odors: The bathroom in our family room reeked of a strong, fishy odor, and the water had an unmistakable iron smell. This was both off-putting and unacceptable. •Overall Disappointment: Considering the hotel’s 4-star rating, the quality of hygiene and service fell far below expectations. A hotel of this caliber, especially near the airport, should prioritize guest comfort and transparency in its policies. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.
