This hotel is my favorite accommodation when I travel to Changsha. As usual my stay was great and everything meet my expectations.

Great service. Buggy service on stand by all the time in front of the room. Huge room and clean. Aircond not cold at all in the room , temperature could not be adjust and it's centralised. Even the toilet is more cooler than the room.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Nice place and service

The location is great. The open time for gym and the swimming pool is not that convenient for the people who stay mainly outside during the day. Gym should be assessable 24hrs for the customers.

聽演唱會選了這家酒店，離芒果館很近，位置好環境好，服務更是貼心，酒店大門口的員工熱情幫我叫接駁車，接駁車的司機師傅態度非常好，辦理入住時前台漂亮的小姑娘小胡超棒，業務熟練，熱情，細心，貼心，送了歌手的卡片還有酒店的伴手禮被暖到了，出去玩回來，看到房間裏酒店送來的水果超暖心，細節服務非常好用心了，超預期，入住很開心，早餐品種多，環境也不錯，一次完美的入住體驗

優點---離會展近，步行衹需要十分鐘，附近還有一個世界之窗也衹需要十分鐘左右。酒店的擺渡車還可以來回接送，這點不錯。更滿意的還得是酒店服務，前台小胡服務細緻熱情，詢問的需求也會及時解決幫助，離開時還會贈送酒店禮品，非常貼心

出乎意料的一個好酒店，特別像美國比弗利山莊，適合度假休閑旅遊，管家服務很到位，車子送顧客到房間，出門的時候也是車子來接，很快，很方便，尤其是前台小胡，服務五星，很貼心，後面自己忘了東西，還幫忙查找寄出。還很貼心的多送了我小禮物，對我很重要的小禮物🎁房間乾淨整潔，衞生間大，洗澡水也很大。

設施：行程安排非常好，房間配套設施也很好，就是隔音有點差。 衞生：環境衞生不錯。酒店路途都是乾淨的 服務：非常值得表揚👍👍服務非常好。小易小姐姐美麗温柔，服務很貼心。服務管家很到位，接送小哥哥又帥氣又貼心，開車服務非常不錯。

我和老伴來長沙旅遊，經朋友介紹入住聖爵菲斯大酒店。漂亮的庭院，一棟棟別墅掩映在綠樹叢林中，感覺置身於大花園中。房間舒適整潔衞生，基本設施完善，服務態度好，擺渡車隨叫隨到。特別是前台經理小易，服務熱情周到，使我們在外旅遊有了賓至如歸的感覺。總之，十分滿意，下次還會入住。也會推薦給親戚和朋友們。

超出預期的好，房間乾淨舒適，客房服務速度超快，應該是我住過的所有五星級裏最快的。前台服務專業有效，入住期間前台小胡也是有求必應，幫我解決了很多事情，已經選定我下次來長的住店攻略了

酒店環境大氣，服務也很滿意，大晚上入住酒店，前台小胡非常熱情接待，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺！入住體驗下來，房間很安靜隔音也很好，設施設備也很完善，是值得五星稱讚的酒店
