Room cleanliness seemed ok, however there was a baby cockroach on both nights that I stayed! Killed one and another one appeared the following night 😵💫 The staff was quick to come up and help spray some insecticide and offered a room change. There’s no comb in the room, just the basic toothbrush, toothpaste, body shop and shampoo. Space in the room was ample though.

room is big. breakfast varies every day with something new. english is not good enough, but we can figure out what each other wants to express. I love sauna and steam. No swimming pool. I was misled. the pool is a dipping pool, not a swimming pool. generally, still enjoy a good stay here.

We were really satisfied the taste and variaty of the menus of breakfast. Delicious! We also excited with the room which is big, clean n have spacious area. The hot whirpool also funtastic. Love it!

Big room with good view. Very clean and new. Reception is 1st floor not ground floor. Breakfast have a lot but not suitable for foreigner, we can eat only eggs station and coffee. Location is quite difficult to find the restaurant.

For the second times stayed in this hotel. So far, excellent. The room very clean, big and cold for ac. B'fast also good. Staff very friend especially in receptionist, I asked for non smoking room and she gave me the same floor I stayed at first. Thx

The hotel is good but nothing much around the hotel because lack of attraction

Hotel is quite near the JAEXPO, so that you can avoid the headaches of traffic from town. Room is clean and neat. You can see the railway from hotel room, but not so much noise.

This hotel is Exactly what we were expecting from a 4* Hotel. There is not anything to complain at all. Room, linen, food, staff ..everything was excellent. I really appreciate staff and management of this hotel and wish them good luck. You won our hearts and mind.

Front Desk and Hotel Staff are all very friendly. Deva and Teguh were particularly friendly and acommodating. My trip fell on birthday, and they planned a surprise birthday cake and song at my doorstep. It was a very heart warming experience. I will definitely go there again!

the checkin was a breeze, the counter staffs have always been kind and ready to help with any questions or assistance when required. however, on the first day the room smelled badly of sewage, i left the room for a few hours and hoped the bad smell went away, it didnt. It lingered on till next day, until i saw the housekeeping and informed him of the bad smell. by 2nd day at 3pm, the smell was gone. also on 2nd day upon flushing the toilet, the toilet continuously kept flushing non stop, i informed house keeping who imdtly came to my room and adjusted the button. housekeeping person was very kind and i appreciate that he truly cared for my well being. i will appreciate if hotel could perhaps do something about the unpleasant sewage smell which was so pungent inside the room and toilet. also, this hotel has super thin walls. i could hear whatever the next door occupant was speaking and even heard his unpleasant coughing up of phlegm on and off for the 1.5 days! which made me feel disgusted!

Had an amazing stay at Grand Orchardz, so far its one of our faves in Jakarta

Pleasantly surprised! Location was good, room was clean, bed was comfy! We arrived just past midnight from SG and check-in was a breeze. Ordered room service, food was good! No complaints really. Breakfast was good! Will be back for sure!
