Booked 2 nights here for my 60th birthday with my family,lovely place about 3/4 mile from Westport which is ideal for us as we like to walk before and after our dinners,check in was swift and easy with plenty of parking on the premises,the rooms are well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable,breakfast was great,a good choice,well presented and perfectly cooked. Dave and Steph couldn't have been any nicer or helpful and even printed off maps for the scenic route back to Dublin,contrary to what a few others have posted I found Dave very engaging and helpful,with great local knowledge of where to eat,drink and visit,we wouldn't hesitate on staying here again.

Located within walking distance of the bustling town of Westport with its wide choice of shops and restaurants, the Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the area. It's in the traditional style of Irish B/B not modern but clean and functional. The shower needed some working out but plenty of hot water. The Wi-Fi was hit and miss in the room but was free, so.no complaints. Cakes and Coffee were left out each afternoon in the lounge which was a nice touch. The room was a family room so p!enty of room. More expensive than other similar hotels we stayed in during our trip but probably the rate for a popular area. Plenty of on site parking. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. A very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation was comfortable with friendly staff & plentiful breakfast. Location was fine- a pleasant enough 10-15 minute walk into town if weather is dry. The only negatives were poor WiFi (I couldn't get any in the bedroom) & although beds were made ,& towels cleaned daily, other aspects of housekeeping weren't so thorough eg sink not washed, used coffee mugs in room not cleaned. Prices are up this year so it seemed dear for what we got, that maybe is just to do with current covid-era prices

Reasonable accomodation. Breakfast was pleasant and well presented. Bedroom was clean and the room available for the guests was comfortable. The young server at breakfast wore a face shield. The other two did not. Location of the property is about a kilometre from the town.

Stayed here a few times now and as every other time no complaints. Very clean reasonably priced excellent breakfast and a really nice and friendly family run B&B. Location is no more than a 1k outside the town and is a handy walk in. Definitely recommend when visiting Westport.
