Hotel eccezionale... Centrale, personale gentile e cordiale. Stanze comode, eleganti e pulite. La colazione servita in sala elegante, pulita e ben attrezzata. Il cibo abbondante e di massima qualità. Il personale di sala è staro disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra rsigenza anche la più parricolare. Chi desidera soggiornare in un albergo elegante consiglio di prenotare presso il Best Western. Noi ritorneremo sicuramente

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes gemütliches Zimmer mit chicem Bad, weichen Handtüchern, Einmalzahnbürsten,Einmalrasierern und großer Dachterrasse mit toller Aussicht auf die Porta Garibaldi und eine Barockkirche. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Nachteil: Es ist mit dem Auto schwierig zu finden, da das Navigationssystem auch gesperrte Straßen empfiehlt, die vor Reiseantritt zugesagten kostenfreien Parkplätze standen nicht zur Verfügung, sodass ein Mitarbeiter das Auto in ein für uns gebührenpflichtiges Parkhaus gefahren hat.

Love the location of this hotel! Quiet side pedestrian street just off the Main Street. Great walking to everything in a beautiful city! Restaurants, shops, gelataria’s, vendors and the antique market are all easily accessed. Rooms are slightly old fashioned in a lovely Eoropean way (room keys are fabulous—beautiful, heavy brass and are left at the desk anytime you leave the hotel) but bathrooms are beautifully updated. Staff is pleasant and breakfast option is offered.

We loved our stay here at Hotel d'Italia. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was tasty with nice options. Note that laundry was very expensive. They work with an outside vendor and they charge too much.

Centrally located in the charming seaside town of Marsala. AC was good, thank goodness, as the weather was hot. There was a teeny tiny room safe and a mini-fridge in the room. The wifi was weak and unstable in the room, clicking off every minute, but better in the lobby. Breakfast was good.

We spent 3 nights here with our tour group. We were in room 208. Room was okay. Carpet had stains. Room had a safe, coffee service (although no milk or cream), and a small bathroom. Bed was firm. Breakfast buffet was very good. One morning we had freshly made pomegranate juice. Cappuccinos were made to order. Scrambled eggs were made perfectly (not runny) and they had the best sausage links. Hotel is close to restaurants, shops, wine bars, etc. Since we were in a large bus, we did have to walk about 10 mins from the car park out by the water down a street to get to the hotel. Front desk staff very friendly.

Upon check in we were assigned room 203. This room is directly across the small street from a bar/lounge. That is legally allowed to play music, loud until one AM. I attempted to contact hotel staff at 10:30pm via room telephone, no answer. Spoke with staff in the morning and informed then in a round about conversation that they receive numerous complaints from prior quest staying room 203.

Fantastic location in the centre of the old town. My room was a nice twin room, but with no view to speak of – the window overlooked a small internal courtyard, ie basically a wall, but it was fine for the short stay. It was better keeping the curtains drawn. Perfectly clean, and a lovely shower room. The room was wonderfully quiet (the benefit of no street outlook) and the bed form but adequate. I slept well. The only down side really was that although there was a lift, there were then some additional steps to my room. No English language TV at all. However the wifi was excellent.
