The location is great, everything is nice and neat without going into luxury (which is to be expected for the price point), the staff is also super helpful plus the included breakfast is a nice touch (during my stay it was coffee/tea/orange juice with bread/pancakes and honey/jam/butter) - together with the tours that you can book directly (I also had a great experience with the driver and the guide) makes it so you have few things to worry about during your stay. The bathroom set-up is also clean and well put together which is a huge plus. Loved the terraces as well. Absolutely recommended.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Wir reservierten das Zimmer als Halbtisch, Abendessensmenü und Frühstück sind sehr lokal speziell und geschmackvoll. Nur wir haben ein Problem für den Internetanschluss. Wir können nicht online von jedem Zimmer anschließen und müssen in die Lobby bewegen....Ich möchte dort sehr bald wieder besuchen.

Es war mit anfänglichen Probleme sehr gut und zu empfehlen insbesondere Hicham an der Rezeption ist es zu verdanken das wir ins insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlte haben das Frühstück war umfangreich und das Personal immer sehr freundlich wir kommen gerne wieder ein großes danke an Hicham

Alles war einfach erstklassig, Frühstücksbuffet, Abendbuffet, der beheizte Pool und das Fitnessstudio, ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, mehr kann man nicht verlangen. Wir planen eigentlich, nächste Woche wiederzukommen. Wir haben unser Telefonladegerät zu Hause vergessen, also hoffe ich, dass sie diesen Kommentar lesen und ihn aufbewahren, bis wir dort ankommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Dachterrasse war schön, wie die Zimmer und der Rest des Hotels. Das Frühstück war bequem und riesig mit wenigen Optionen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben, und es war schön, in der neuen Stadt entfernt von der Medina zu bleiben.

Das Hotel is klasse, der Aufenthalt hat sehr viel Spaß gebracht. Es gibt jeden Tag ein cooles Entertainment Programm und das Team rund um Sam, Mike, Niako uvm. von Sol oasis hat diesen Urlaub wirklich zu einem tollen Erlebnis gestalten. Wir hatten viel Spass hier. Die Küche ist einfach großartig und hatten jeden Tag ein großes Angebot an verschiedenen Essen - Alles ist wirklich sehr lecker und schön zubereitet. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, ich komme wieder !! Thank you Sam.

My friend and I booked this hotel based on the reviews only and we were disappointed beyond belief. On arrival we were told that we had to wait until 3pm to check in but they’ll get our room cleaned asap and let us check in earlier, so we were taken to our room before 3pm and it was not clean and was not what we booked. After complaining they moved us to a pool view room which was a lot better than the first but had a constant leak in the entrance of the bathroom which left the carpet sodden and smelly. The toilet cistern constantly ran and the flush was not working as it should. The balcony and door to our room did not lock and the safe did not work. Anyhow, we just ****** it up. On the website it says they have more than one restaurant- this is not included in all inclusive and is never open! Only ONE restaurant and ONE bar!!!! They ran out of wine and basic spirits daily. When the snack bar was open the queues were long and there was no order and only one of two bar staff. The bar staff were over worked and clearly stressed at busy times. There were a lot of French guests and it felt like they took priority over anyone who wasn’t French speaking. The food was the same everyday and it became boring. Food was very bland and very disappointing. Limited on options for food and drink. This was the worst holiday we’ve had and utterly unacceptable for a ‘5 star’ hotel. Nothing 5 star about it. Limited facilities and nothing to do. Entertainment was crap and aimed at the French audience. A lot of the staff were nice and friendly but it wasn’t enough to make the holiday worth it. Some of the bar staff and the life guards/ pool staff were really attentive and honestly very nice people who should be recognised and rewarded. However, some of the animation team need to stop with their sob stories. I’m so glad to be back home after a awful holiday that felt like a total waste of money. I’m never going back to Marrakech. This hotel put me off big time.
