This hotel has good service 👍. My friends and I tried the local breakfast and mint tea. But the location is not very easy to find because there is no obvious name sign, you need to look at the house number to find.

El servicio excelente, tanto el chico q está en recepción como la chica del día( los dos muy jóvenes) y el servicio de limpieza...todos muy amables y serviciales. El Riad muy limpio, la cama cómoda y bien dotada de ropa de cama. Se encuentra en una calle transitada pero en el interior no sé escucha nada del exterior. Patio muy agradable y desayuno muy abundante.

DECEPCIONADOS Y ESTAFA. Estuvimos una noche ya que nada más llegar nos comunican que solo tenia estancia para una noche, aún teniendo la reserva y el pago hecho ya para 4 noches. Este Riad en sí por el precio que tiene carece de agua caliente casi no existente al igual que la luz en la habitación. A la hora de cerrar la puerta te quedaba el pomo en la mano y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, ya que se veían las telarañas cayendo del techo. A la mañana siguiente nos encontramos con el otro Riad que quedaba en una calle perdida, la terraza era la mitad de pequeña al igual que la habitación. Habitación sin ventanas sin armario, un baño que carecía hasta de un mueble para colocar un neceser. En vez de una cama matrimonial dos “camas” juntas, además de ser duras imposible para dormir resultaron ser el colchón de un sofá con el polvo en las esquinas. Buscando en Internet este Riad salía por cuatro noches 125€ y nosotros habíamos pagado 300€. Aún pasando una noche en el otro, intentamos hablar con el chico responsable de este para ver si nos podían buscar alguna solución o recompensa, ya que además de la diferencia económica las comodidad y servicios de este no era para nada del precio pagado. Muy decepcionados ya que no nos ofrecieren ninguna solución aún diciendo que “entendían” nuestro desconforme. Además de esto sumarles que en nuestras vacaciones tener que estar cambiándonos a otro Riad. También decir que en la página dicen de hablar Español e Italiano y ninguno de ambos hablan, apenas Inglés. Este comentario es debido a que no han sido capaces de buscarnos una solución o devolvernos algo de dinero. No lo recomendamos para nada ya que igual hacen la reserva tienen el pago y se encuentran que no tienen habitaciones nada más llegar!

Full Moon where we feel home, the place is so close to the square, the breakfast is delicious, our rooms always clean, every detail had been taken care, especially Rabia was a very good help for us thank you Rabiaa and thank you Full moon for making our stay more interesting.

Riad Full Moon exceeded my expectations. It is located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance of most of the Marrakech sites. It is very close to the Saadian Tombs and it is a great area of Marrakech. It has a nice vibe, is quieter than the main medina areas but still has plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and shops. The riad is very authentic in design and tastefully decorated. The staff are absolute rightful and nothing is too much trouble. I got an amazing deal on my room, costing £23 inclusive of breakfast. Although not huge the room had a double bed and nice furnishings and was positioned at the front of the property. It had a nice bathroom with shower. The WiFi was excellent. When I returned to the road at the end of my evening out I asked if I could get a drink. The kind gentleman on reception told me it was no problem and he would happily deliver the drink to my room. He arrived at my room a short time later. He had a tray with a small flask of fresh coffee, a small flask of fresh milk and an array of sweets and biscuits. I was so impressed. It was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated Breakfast the following morning did not disappoint either. It was beautifully presented and very generous. The ladies in the kitchen who prepared it were delightful. The road has a roof terrace and plenty of comfortable places to sit, relax and enjoy your surroundings. I would definitely stay here again for a short stay. A well priced, great value for money option in a superb location.

This was right in the midst of everything. The receptionist was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. It was a very old Moroccan-style home. Not a fancy riad by any means, but comfortable for a short stay. My favorite part-there was air conditioning! It was a little difficult to find, because there was not clear signage. The water pressure for the shower and toilets was very low, but other than that, everything was very nice. The host was accommodating with our need for an earlier breakfast time since we had to leave early the next day for an excursion. If you are on a budget and do not need a more pampered experience, I would recommend this riad.

The place is full of magic. Quiet, clean and excellently attended by Anass, always friendly and making anything easy. Thanks also to the work of Rabiaa, the stay has been unbeatable and I would definitely stay there again. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the square and close at the same time to it and to other places that you definitely have to visit. El lugar está lleno de magia. Tranquilo, limpio y atendido excelentemente por Anass, siempre amable y haciendo fácil cualquier cosa. Gracias también a la labor de Rabiaa la estancia ha sido inmejorable y sin duda me volvería a alojar allí. Lo suficientemente alejado del bullicio de la plaza y cerca a la vez de la misma y de otros lugares que sin duda hay que visitar.

The staff so friendly with us they help with everything we ask about, the breakfast was so delicious and the dinner also we really love it, the location is perfect ,so comfortable the room, we can say just everything is amazing in this place thank you for everything. Wish to come again.

Very nicely decorated Riad with a sense of style just a few minutes away from the most renowned historical monuments of the city : Place Jemaa el-Fna, Saddian Tombs, El Badi Palace and walking distance to most other sites of interest, The room was Quiet, clean and comfortable. I would definitelywant to stay in this riad again on my next trip to Marrakech !

Nos sentimos estafados.Pagamos 4 noches y al llegar solo teniamos una noche en ese hotel.Nos llevaron a otro del cual no se que decir.Pequeña habitacion sucia,sin ventanas con un baño,por decir algo.HORRIBLE.Pedimos explicaciones y nos dijeron que es lo que hay,no nos devolvieron la diferencia de lo que pagamos.ROBO podiamos decir.DECEPCION..

Depcionandos, la habitación no tiene nada que ver con la foto, sin luz sin presión del agua, armario agarrado por un papel y pomos de la puerta que te quedan en la mano. Además nada más llegar nos comunican que solo tenían habitación para 1 noche aún teniendo pagado ya para 4 noches. Al día siguiente nos tuvimos que ir a otro Riad el cual no tenía nada que ver, terraza más pequeña, habitación con dos colchones de sofás juntos llenos de polvo, sin ventana, sin luz, sin armarios.. Buscamos y este Riad costaba menos de la mitad de lo que habíamos pagado. Intentamos pedir alguna devolución y no nos daban ninguna solución. Un robo

Decepción y estafa. No es como la foto, igual haces la reserva con pago hecho y te encuentras que solo tienen habitación para un día y te envían a otro Riad el cual no tiene nada que ver y el precio por la mitad de este. El cual están robando la mitad de lo pagado ya que no han sido capaces de devolver ni una parte. Además de las incomodidades de tener que desplazarse a otro que no tiene nada que ver, habitación sin ventana, sin armarios, baño que solo entra una persona, dos colchones de sofá.. Un robo.

Riad pas du tout au niveau de la notation annoncé. Très cher pour la qualité proposé. Des chambres qui donnent directement sur la rue très bruyante.. Prévoyez les Boules kies ! L'accueil n'est pas franchement agréable.. Les équipements sont assez vetustes (clim, fuite lavabo, lumières..).. Seul le petit déjeuner remonte un peu la note avec possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse (si on demande sinon pas proposé).. Bref à éviter
